The staff were nice and helped when I needen and even though the room was small (which I liked), it was very cosy and warm. In the center of the city. A good breakfast (whole bread etc.) payable internet in the lobby |

Very good interior, which wasn't expected at a hotel of this price. Best single room i've ever had for €100. Triple room was also very fine for €180. Good breakfast. Perfect location in a quiet lane just a corner away from noise Drottninggatan. Five minutes walk to either central train/bus station or to the place where buses leave to Silja/Viking terminals. Cool bar with a terrace, though hard to find a place in evenings. €11 for a Jagermaister is a little bit too much, i think. |

Yes, the bedrooms are small but with such a perfect and central location, fabulous buffet breakfast at a competitve price - it will be hard to beat! |

The room was superb, with balcony and kitchenette! Restaurant bustling with simple and restricted menu. Food good though! Many Belgian beers to choose from. |

The Hotel is in a good location for sightseeing and shopping in the middle of the city and still it is very quiet inside. Room wasn't cleaned until 5pm and wasn't tidy enough for a hotel in that class. Car parking is very expensive and you only have access to the garage with the staffs key card. Poor breakfast for a 4-star hotel. We had a "junior suite" and I don't want to know what the cheaper rooms look like! |

the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff plus the substantial breakfasts included in the price of the room. our room (a deluxe double) only had one window and no air conditioning but it was not needed this time - in warm weather it might be a problem. |

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was a bit too hot in the room. If the thermostats were turned down, you would save a lot of money and help the environment! |

I didn't realize that I was getting a four-star hotel for the price I was paying ($70/night), but it was indeed very nice - probably would have been 3 stars in the US, but excellent for Scandinavia. Outstanding location. The fire alarm went off two times in three days... Even with the summer "discount," wi-fi was far too expensive (around $10/day). |

Very Central, can get the centre of the City in few minutes. The breakfast was very good, and the decoration was nice. The Bar/Restaurant have more than 200 types of beers, in the end of the day or night is good to drink several tastes. Only the bed was not much comfortable... |

Great location, nice staff and generally satisfied with our stay. I requested a twin room (two older children travelling under this booking) but we got a double room for them. Was disappointed and was a waste of time asking for requests on the booking form. |
