Nice rooms, nice cafe terrace in front of the hotel. Centrally located. Moulded toast bread at the breakfast buffet. Serving beer, which is out overdue since 1 year. No air condition. Heating can not get operated from the room. |

Seems to be too costly for the comfort and facility. Nearby hotels (City Central) are better for that much money. I could not find shower gel on the fourth day, I could not able to call them sinceI was already in the shower! So the service was poor. |

Easy walking distance (10-15mins) from Gamla Stan (the old town) and various other attractions, friendly staff and comfy rooms. Great belgian bar. Belgian bar closed too early when we visited when there still plenty of customers around, I think due to staffing shortage. |

stylish, clean lines, excellent breakfast the room was a non smoking room but was very hot without air conditioning, and so we had to open up the windows to the bar of smokers down below, i had an asthma attack and my mom and i could not sleep at all due to the smoke! horrible! |

Staff were friendly The rooms are tiny, paid for a upgrade to the 7th floor despite requesting for a king bed were given 2 beds together. The room had 4 windoors facing the morning sun and only 3 very flimsy and small curtins- did not get much sleep for 5 nigh.ts, and paid top dollars for the pivilage. I do not recommend this hotel to world travelers |

The hotel was a great location within walking distance of most tourist attractions in downtown Stockholm. It was also close to train, metro and bus lines so that you could get everywhere in the Stockholm area easily. The front desk people were delightful and helpful. The breakfast was included and very good. |

Location is excellent. We decided to pay more for hotel and not for the taxi. The decision was great! Center located, with great airport connection. The central bus/train station is 2 min by foot. All sight seeing can be done by foot from there. Internet service is not free of charge. |

Good size double room. Breakfast could have had more choice of cold buffet - croissants, muesli, fruit. |

Great location, close to Central Station, airport connections and shops. Stayd in single room that seemed to be the same size as a standard double (with a wider bed and more free space). Friendly staff. The restaurant to be avoided. The staff didn't know the products, the service was incredibly slow and the food was mediocre, at most. |

excellent, helpfull, and friendly staff. Great location close to train and underground stations, close to the shopping centre (2 min) and on walking distance from the old centre (15 min). The rooms are very small but I heard this is the case in the whole of Stockholm.. |

Friendly and efficient reception staff. Clean and cost effective accommodation. Very convenient to travel points e.g. Arlanda Express and local rail services. Within comfortable walking distance of Old Stockholm and shopping and restaurants. The tightness of the basic bedroom accommodation required personal adjustment. Once you have organised yourself all is well. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good choice of food for breakfast. Cleanliness. We were not able to have our window open (fourth floor) because of cooking odours much of the time. I believe that the kitchen extractor fans were directly below. Room was quite small but nevertheless comfortable. |

Staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean and slightly luxurious for European standards. Bathroom was larger than expected with an American style shower, which was a nice surprise. Walking distance to everywhere in Stockholm (within 30 minutes). Room did not have air contitioning so we had to sleep with the windows open which was fine however, it may get too hot during summer time. |

It is a very good and comfortable hotel, located centrally next to the pedestrian zone and only a 15 minutes walk to the old town. If we go to Stockholm again we will certainly stay in Freys hotel - really recommendable. |

Awesome location, right near downtown and central station. The hotel has a restaurant/bar in it which was always full of people. The breakfast provided was really nice with a lot of selection. Overall it was very good. If your driving, it might be hard to find a parking space. |
