We love the surrounding area and the beauty of the nature. It is a great place to relax and enjoy hiking in the area of the hotel. It is also convenient to the Carl Larsson home and the areas of Mora and Dalarna.The hotel served a wonderful breakfast each morning, and the staff set the breakfast up early for us on the day we left because we had to leave before normal breakfast time in order to catch a plane. We felt that the meals served at the hotel were too expensive for our budgets. |

Of course the view over Siljan was spectacular. The very helpful staff in costumes added to the experience. It was also like the walls oozed tradition. The two parking lots overflowed. When we returned from the concert at Dalhalla we just barely managed to squeeze the car into a questionable corner at the remote lot. |

The view over Lake Siljan. We enjoyed the breakfasts. Very noisy: we could hear everything from the room next to ours. We had three bad nights in a row. The room was not cleaned regularly and thoroughly. At dinner, the food was bland and overpriced. |

Hotel staff were all helpful and kind, and the cottage we stayed were so nice and relaxed. My dughter loved the cottage room. Without car navigation, it would be difficult to find the hotel, but this is just minor. |

Friedly staff dressed in national/regional costume. Excellent food, although a set menu. Views from the front of the hotel are superb over the lake and distant hills and forests. Value for money. Cheapest rooms are a little on the small side. |

de grootte van de kamer, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel en natuurlijk de prachtige locatie met het fantastische uitzicht over het meer, goed ontbijt wij vonden de prijs voor de table d'hotes aan de hoge kant. Er is geen keuze voor wat betreft het diner. Staat van tevoren vast. |

Très beau batiment traditionnel de la région de Dalécarlie, avec une superbe vue sur le lac Siljean et les environs. Le tout, placé dans un village très clame et caractéristique de la région avec accès au lac. Endroit très agréable et reposant. Prix de la table d'hote assez élevé mais de qualité. |

Det mesta var bra. Läget, servicen, personalen, utsikten. Lätt att hitta dit. Träffade trevliga människor. Det hade varit bra om vi redan vid bokningen hade fått reda på möjligheten till middag före avfärden till Dalhalla och vad den i så fall kostade. Likaså när bussen skulle gå till Dalhalla för att undvika stress. |

God service, mycket god mat och fantastisk utsikt. Rum 17 har den skönaste säng jag någonsin sovit i på hotell. Svårt att sätta på duschen. För att hitta telnr till receptionen upptäckte vi att det fanns information i pärmen. Borde vara i badrummet. |

Goede centrale ligging in regio. Goed en gevarieerd ontbijt. Mooie kamer met uitzicht op het meer. Zeer mooie badkamer (alleen jammer van het ontbreken van een douchegordijn). Relatief duur tov andere hotels in Zweden. |
