Ακύρωση
Για ακυρώσεις τουλάχιστον 2 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη, δε θα χρεωθείτε με ακυρωτικά.
Για ακυρώσεις αργότερα ή για "μη εμφάνιση", θα χρεωθείτε με το συνολικό ποσό της κράτησης.
Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται SEK 250,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 2 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Προκαταβολή
Θα χρεωθεί ολόκληρο το ποσό την ημέρα άφιξης και δεν επιστρέφεται.
Κατοικίδια
Τα κατοικίδια δεν επιτρέπονται.

Το ξενοδοχείο διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να προ-εγκρίνει πιστωτικές κάρτες πριν από την άφιξη.
Περίπου 3 μέρες πριν από την ημερομηνία άφιξής σας, θα λάβετε επιβεβαίωση της κράτησης με τον αριθμό του δωματίου σας και τον κωδικό εισόδου στο ξενοδοχείο.
Το τελικό καθάρισμα του δωματίου περιλαμβάνεται στην τιμή. Για καθημερινό ή εβδομαδιαίο καθάρισμα, παρακαλείστε να επικοινωνήσετε με το ξενοδοχείο.

Excellent location - very clean and nice. Good value for money, especially including laundry and kitchen facilities. The internet service cut out during the weekend and there was no one to call to rectify the situation. Also, I stayed in Apt #4 and the door to the inner courtyard squeaked every time someone walked through, so that made sleeping difficult. |

The apartments were quiet, spotlessly clean, modern and well-designed. The location near Slussen (right across from the Hilton) was convenient to explore the entire city. There is no staff on site, which usually isn't a problem since you can reach them by phone, but only during business hours and not on weekends. Not great when you realize on saturday morning that they only left the room stocked with half a roll of toilet paper. Also, we had confirmed a late check out, but the cleaning staff had not been notified of this. When we returned to pack up and leave, the cleaning staff was already ripping apart the apartment. When we explained what had happened, the cleaning woman was annoyed at us. That was annoying. |

Excellent location anf very good value for your money. Nobody told us that the access with a car is impossible and it took a while and a lot of frustration to solve this. |

Location, location, location. The hotel is perfectly situated, close to a metro station and important bus and ferry routes, and also within walking distance of Gamla Stan and other appealing locations within the city. The second major advantage was the condition of our apartment (in fact a double studio) was its condition. Everything was spotless. The equipment (TV, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) was new and in good working order. There were problems: (1) accessibility. Guldgrand is a narrow sunken street that separates the apartments from the Hilton Hotel. It is accessible at the Slussen end by a flight of steps. We arrived at the Horngaten end of the street. The only way to access Guldgrand from here is via the Hilton Hotel (elevator to the sports centre in the basement). These problems were particularly acute for us as my wife and I have a very young baby and use a stroller to get around. (2) Difficulties in contacting the apartment management. There is no front desk in the apartment hotel as you would expect with conventional hotels. The only way to contact the management is via the telephone during working hours. But there are no phone in the apartment |

It's in a strategic position if you want to visit Gamla Stan, Djiurgarden, Kungsholmen and Skeppsholm (and Sodermalm, of course). With Tunnelbana you can reach easily Norrmalm and Odermalm. The apartment is nicely furnished and functional. Recommended if you travel with children. Only one suggestion; it would be nice to find salt and sugar. |

We liked our room because it was very large with fully equipped kitchen.The hotel was near downtown.And it was positioned in a quite place. We got our room information on the day of our flight.When we arrived our room was occupied and the staff didn't inform us that we received another room. |

Excellent apartment. Very cosy and everything was spotless. Kitchen was very well equipped as well even for longer stay. There is laundry room available but you need to bring your own detergent which is little inconvenient. Location is also brilliant. |

It was a very nice and very well decorated room. The quality of the products were high (Hestens bed) and with a super bathroom. There was a nice small kitchen with all the things you need for a weeks stay. You cannot park in front of the hotel and with no elevator it's a bit hard, but it just cannot be done differently. We missed having a radio and would have liked new towels during the week. One set of towel for a week is not sufficient. |

Excellent. Extremely good location - close to the Gamla Stan and the main streets Sodermalm , good transport links and quiet at the same time. The apartments are very nicely renovated and have everything inside. There was a notice, that they will charge extra 500 SEK for leaving the dirty dishes in the kitchen. Even considering Swedish prices, I think it is a rip off :) |
