Guldgränd Hotel Apartments

La situación es excelente; cerca del metro y a diez minutos andando del casco antigüo. Acogedor y limpio.

Los colchones un poco blandos. Creo que para el precio que tienen podrían poner unos más cómodos.

Está bien situado y tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Además, con los altísimos precios de Estocolmo, ir a un apartamento permite ahorrar en las comidas.

Normas estrictas y taxativas por parte de la dirección: Si dejas sin fregar los platos, 30€ de multa, si pierdes la llave del apartamento, multa de 250€!!!!!. En fin, demasiadas amenazas a un cliente al que deberían cuidar más y no amenazar tanto.

The apartments were quiet, spotlessly clean, modern and well-designed. The location near Slussen (right across from the Hilton) was convenient to explore the entire city.

There is no staff on site, which usually isn't a problem since you can reach them by phone, but only during business hours and not on weekends. Not great when you realize on saturday morning that they only left the room stocked with half a roll of toilet paper. Also, we had confirmed a late check out, but the cleaning staff had not been notified of this. When we returned to pack up and leave, the cleaning staff was already ripping apart the apartment. When we explained what had happened, the cleaning woman was annoyed at us. That was annoying.

Location, location, location. The hotel is perfectly situated, close to a metro station and important bus and ferry routes, and also within walking distance of Gamla Stan and other appealing locations within the city. The second major advantage was the condition of our apartment (in fact a double studio) was its condition. Everything was spotless. The equipment (TV, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) was new and in good working order.

There were problems: (1) accessibility. Guldgrand is a narrow sunken street that separates the apartments from the Hilton Hotel. It is accessible at the Slussen end by a flight of steps. We arrived at the Horngaten end of the street. The only way to access Guldgrand from here is via the Hilton Hotel (elevator to the sports centre in the basement). These problems were particularly acute for us as my wife and I have a very young baby and use a stroller to get around. (2) Difficulties in contacting the apartment management. There is no front desk in the apartment hotel as you would expect with conventional hotels. The only way to contact the management is via the telephone during working hours. But there are no phone in the apartment

it's a very nice place at a good location, close to metro and in good walking distance to many nice, important places

we expectet a smoking room as offered at your page, so we where disappointed about that ...

It's in a strategic position if you want to visit Gamla Stan, Djiurgarden, Kungsholmen and Skeppsholm (and Sodermalm, of course). With Tunnelbana you can reach easily Norrmalm and Odermalm. The apartment is nicely furnished and functional. Recommended if you travel with children.

Only one suggestion; it would be nice to find salt and sugar.

It is well located, self-contained, clean, quiet, nicely designed and very comfortable.

Excellent apartment. Very cosy and everything was spotless. Kitchen was very well equipped as well even for longer stay. There is laundry room available but you need to bring your own detergent which is little inconvenient. Location is also brilliant.

very central, close to Gamla Stan. near to train, bus, underground. I really like the building because it was "old" but renovated in a very tasteful way.

no elevator. very loud at night at the week-ends

Freedom and spacious rooms. Belysningen var väldigt bra. Toaletten var mycket bra. Mitt i stan;super!!

Toiletpaper not enough. draft in the room, could have been warmer...
