Gustav Vasa Hotel

The hotel staff (Miss Fanny) was real good.

It was noisy during the night time. There were a lot of drunk people that the hotel manager did not take care of them. They were throwing stuffs out the window when we left around 6 a.m.

The staff was nice. The room was great and the view too.

It was a little expensive, but everything in Sweden is:

The room could have used the same renovation as others already got

The location is good - close to subway, nice neighbourhood with restaurants and bars, we loved the breakfast:-)

The quadruple room was rather small and not very fancy; the bathroom had the toilet right next to the shower with no ridge, so water was everywhere.

Well located in downtown, even though not in the heart of the old city. Personnel of the hotel is nice and quick to answer.

The fact that the toilet are locate being the shower does not make it easy to use it

Closeness to metro and bus stations.

The windows of my room opened to a busy street. The windows did not close tight, so it was very loud inside. On the other hand, ventilation was bad without the windows open...

I booked a small single room but the front desk upgraded me to a big room for free which is very good.

I saw that there were ants in the room! They were running on the desks and on the sofa! That was a very bad experience.

Good location only couple of km´s to the citycentre and to the central station (t-centralen). Price / quality -ratio was good (we didn´t pay normal price but a discount one).

Little bit worn out interior and quite small rooms (double room), but compared to the price we paid it was to be expected. Good base for a city/shopping holiday if you´re not going to spend a lot of time in the hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was ample and tasty. It was a 20 minute walk to the centre of town or a short ride on the underground with a station very close to the hotel.

Close to the centre of the city. 20 minutes walk to the Central Station. Nice place itself. Bars and cafes nearby. + a Cathedral. Helpful staff. Breakfast is good.

Pricing is somewhat higher than could be compared,say to Amsterdam hotels where for the same money comfort etc. would be much better.

We were told that it was a double room but it was more of a single room with a double bed in it. It was disappointing.

I liked most of all the attitude of its staff, every one was very friendly, always smiling and doing whatever is needed to make your stay in the hotel as comfortable as it gets.

You should leave a mop in the bathroom somewhere, because every time we took a shower, the water got spilled all over the floor and in some places it stayed in puddles (construction defect, incorrectly made slope of the floor surface).

The location was pretty good. Breakfast - good. I liked the lift in the hotel that counts more than 100 year...

Actualy there was not warm enough in the room.
