Beautiful location. The staff was not friendly at all. We also did not have a room in the main house. The guest house next to the main building has a very cheap flair.

The hotel's restaurant is beautiful and has an excellent view of the lake. The charming town of Granna is about 5 minutes drive away. The rooms looked more like 3-star hotel rooms and the beds are not comfortable.

Location only, as we had things to do in neighbouring grenna. I felt the standards were rather poor. The beds very very soft and uncomfortable. The breakfast very limited and not very fancy. One girl in the reception who also ran the bar. Almost like faulty towers. Not a 4 star level. The fact that my wife lost her expensive bottle of shampoo from the room, did not make it better either.

Style and unusual charm, tranquility of the surrounding nature and wonderful view over the lake and the Visingsö Island, discrete and professional service and very tasty dinner. I relaxed in comfort but without pretence. It was really nice stay and I will come back. I was fully satisfied.

The hotel and area were wonderful. The waterfall below the hotel was once a series of old mills and industry. Lots of fun walking the river and falls.

The phenomenal location - one of Sweden's best with the breathtaking view of Lake Vättern. The receptionist on service June 27 was seviceable, friendly and well-informed. The kitchen was immaculate.

Nice location. Great view from the restaurant and the terrace. The quality of the room is different between the main building and the separated buildings. If you want to stay in the main building, better to contact the hotel directly and ask for that.

Beautiful castle, but rooms are not located there. Castle is for meals only. Rooms are modern, with a great view on the lake. Quiet place. The hotel is not located where it says on Bookings (looks down a little road in front of exit 104). It's actually on the main road exiting motorway at exit 103.

Gillar hotellets utseende och inredning, fin atmosfär. Mycket vacker utsikt över Vättern från restaurang, kafé, lobby och den stora altanen med både soffor och bord. Trevlig personal både i reception och restaurang. Fin lunchbuffé. Nästa gång ska vi testa attbo i huvudbyggnaden. Vi bodde i paviljongen och det var helt okej,men faciliteter motsvarar inte ett fyrstjärnigt hotell.

Die Lage ist einfach wunderschön Das Zimmer in einem Nebenhaus gleicht eher einem Barackenbau. Die Zimmer nebst Inventar sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig: das Mobiliar ist alt, die Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen, obendrein waren die Fenster sehr schmutzig.

Har legat där flera gånger och de är bara så bra. De är tyst och lugnt och man kan verkligen koppla av då man bor där. Har bott på de hotellet vid flera tillfällen men inte direkt på denna årstiden och de jag borde ha klagat på redan då jag var där är att rummet var fruktansvärt kallt !! Jag frös hela tiden och eftersom jag har värk I mina muskler blev dom inte speciellt bättre av att de var så kallt. Tack vare att jag hade egen värmedyna och filt med mig så klarade jag av natten. Men hotellet är så underbart och så härligt att bo på annars men efter detta blir jag tveksam över att bo där igen.

Mycket vackert läge med utsikt över Vättern. Nyrenoverade badrum till F.ö. ganska enkla rum Hotellet är lite slitet, och frukosten inte märkvärdig.
