Very convenient to Harbour terminal and Old town. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Common room to use with friends. |

At my arrival I was told that the Restaurant at the premisses was closed, I was given a map of the town and tolt that there are many restaurants. What I was not told was that the town was already in the off season. |

Room was clear and for a few hours sleeping you won't need many extras. There's free wireless internet access for 6 hours. After 6 hours you can renew your code without paying from the reception. There was not much to complain about the hotel besides the breakfast (included). It was very ordinary. According to the quality of the hotel, prices were expensive (In September 2009, 100 € per day). In the summer season (in Visby it's at most 6 weeks), these prices will be higher if you can find any room. I recommend Visby Hotel or Hotel 1 inside the castle area if you can find empty rooms, otherwise you have to walk around 15-20 minutes to the castle. All the good cafes and restaurants are in that area. Have a nice stay |

Nice room, good breakfast, good location closer to the ferry terminal and not far from historic center Unfortunately as the hotel has been completely full, there were no parking places. |

Fint, at man kunne få værelse med udgang til terrasse. Dejligt med de mange plæner og udmærkede parkeringsforhold. Det var skuffende, at vi havde regnet med at kunne spise på hotellets restaurant, men erfarede ved ankomsten, at der var lukket. I badeværelset burde der være brusekabine, så vandet ikke løber ud på gulvet. |

Hotellet är till stora delar nybyggt , klart maj 2009. Ligger nära färjeläget med närhet till innerstaden, bra parkeringsmöjligheter i carport. |

Läget är bra, nära till centrum men ändå ostört, speciellt vid högsäsong.Mycket trevlig frukostmiljö och bra frukost. Vid dåligt väder är det tyvärr lite långt till frukosten. |

Personalen var mycket vänlig. Rummet var mycket vackert, sparsmakad inredning i gotländska gråtoner. Frukosten var mycket god (det fanns också honung) i en trevlig verandamatsal med utsikt över hamnen Läget är för långt från stadskärnan för mig som reste ensam och inte har bil. Man måste ta taxi på kvällen om man inte vill gå genom ensliga grönområden.Jag saknade också att jag inte kunde ta in radions P2 med klassisk musik i rummet. |

Sängarna förstklassiga, rent och snyggt och fräscht på rummet. Frukostbufén lite snål. Jag saknar prinskorv/bacon/äggröra...dvs den typ av klassisk varma frukostmat som för mig brukar vara alla hotellvistelsers kärna, clou!. När vi anlände kl 2400 aströtta fanns inte min reservation I receptionens dator. Folk bakom oss I kö, det blev mkt pinsamt. Min fru började skälla på mig (förstås). Som tur var hade jag min laptop med mig och fick låna lite elström så att jag efeter lång stund kunde koppla upp mig till min epost. Där fanns ju bekräftelsen från er. Jag hade inte gjort något fel (annat än valt att boka genom er då kanske). Jag visade portieren min skärm och han löste det hela slutligen med att ge oss ett annat rum än vi bokat. Och en påse gratis jordnötter! Ingen skugga på honom. |
