Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Servis çok iyiydi. Otel konum olarak merkeze ve hemen hemen tüm şehir aktivitelerine yakındı Otel lobisi ve dinlenme yerleri 5 yıldızlı bir otele göre yeterli değildi. Tadilat dolayısıylı dışarının görüntüsü çok hoş değildi. Tadilat adım adım küçük bölümler halinde misafirlere daha az hissettirilerek gerçekleştirilebilir. |

Çok merkezi,şehir merkezindeki her cazibe alanı yürüyüş mesafesinde.Otelin restoran-barı (Eken) da şehrin en trendy mekanlarından ve şehirdeki herhangi bir yerden pahalı değil.Manzarası çok hoş. Fiyatlar çok yüksek,ama ne de olsa İsveç'tesiniz:) |

the general excellent standard of the hotel a very minor thing, it was difficult to get a hot cafe latte. This was true also in the city cafes. Swedes must drink it much cooler. |

It is a great location. Just near to the old town, and city center. Clean room. Sauna, sport center, Jakuzi are included and good. There is an ongoing road work just in front of the hotel as of September 2009, which is unlucky. No noise, but mess. |

Breakfasts were terrific, and the hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The free internet service was a nice bonus. Access to the front (reception) was blocked by construction, requiring guests to enter/exit through the gymnasium entrance or tto walk through the bar and dining room. The bathroom shower controls were too stiff to manipulate for three of the four nights. One elevator would not stop on the third floor. |

Great service, got a lot of help from the staff surprising my husband on his birthday. Also got a free upgrade to a very nice room and access to Lounge. Nice interiors and near the old town of stockholm. Traffic and trains right outside hotel can be disturbing if you get a room facing that way. Breakfast could be a little better concidering its a 5 star hotel. Doughy croissants and long wait for staff to refill buffet. Other than that everyting great!! |

Clean, comfortable, lovely room and hotel. Nice buffet breakfast with view of water and old town. Free wireless internet. Great location as close to old town and ferry (and metro, though we did not use it). The bathroom was beautifully marbled, but the marble on the edge of the bath was very wide making it difficult to get in and out. |

Very nice, caring, hospitable, respectful, helpful and promptly attentive staff. Central location to most places of tourist interest. Clean room and bathroom. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Prompt taxi service response. My wife and I enjoyed our 5-day stay. |

Friendly hotel staff (provided extra bed for my nethew without extra charges), delicious brekfeast and waiters there are really forthcoming, comfortable room, good location and beatiful view to the old city. Restaraunt, waiters seem don't hear and don't see You. We've waited a long time to bring us a menu. |
