The personel was very rude at arrival. They where not helpfull at all, and made me feel very little welcome and uncomfortable. Rooms were comfortable, but does not count up for the rudeness of the staff. The check-in took 45 minutes at arrival 9 PM, which was very annoying after a 4 hour drive. Will never stay here again. If you are looking for a nice comfortable stay in Guthenburg, I suggest finding another hotel. Train staff in customer service. |

Close to the city centre; friendly & helpful staff; nice view and sensational breakfast along with the Sky Executive Room. Not as clean and comfortable as you would expect for a four star hotel. Car parking expensive and a block away from the hotel. |

Nice rooms and open areas. No air-condition in the room is not what you expect year 2009. The elevators didn't work properly which is not acceptable for a hotel built for sky-line experiences. |

The hotel was fantastic, great value for money and the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was second to none and the hotel itself is within a stones throw of two of the many 'must see' attractions the city has to offer. The services on offer were reasonably priced and the room facilities were great. I will definitely be taking my family back when we visit again. My only complaint would be that the fridge was overlooked when cleaning after the previous guests had left as their fast food containers were left. |

Our second night in the sky package room was excellent value. Really enjoyed the 23rd floor, especially at breakfast. On our first night in the basic room the quilts smelt of body odour. |

Breakfast Wait-time for Elevators. 3 Elevators per tower and often one out-of-service with a fully booked hotel ment a lot of wait time. And if you have a room at 14th floor you don't want to take stairs. |

One of the 3 elevators was out of order for the hole week. A bad thing when the hotel was fully occupied. |

Breakfast was stunning, the staff were friendly, the location convenient. Children were very well catered for with playroom in the dining area, clown to amuse them during checkout etc Lifts were inadequate for the number of guests - looong queues waiting for lifts which were always full when they arrived. |

The best thing about this hotel was the view from the bar at the top of one of the towers. The rest was ok with a better than average breakfast in strange conference type massive dining areas. The rooms wer e on the small side with some tasteful decoration but with things like loose towel rail and some plastically fittings. |
