中央駅から地下鉄で２つ目の駅から徒歩２分のところにあり、中心部で、利便性は高い。朝食もそれなりに豊富- であり、価格から見た妥当性は高い。部屋は、狭く、ベッドと小さい机以外のスペースはあまりない。一方、収- 納はそれなりにあるので、もっぱら外出していた我々には問題はなかった。 バスタブではなくシャワーしかなかった点、冷蔵庫がおいていなかった点、貴重品ボックスがなかった点 |

朝食はどれも美味しく、木の実やベリー類が食べられたり、ライ麦の黒パンやニシンの酢漬けなど北欧らしいメ- ニューで素晴らしかったです！夕食も食べられたらいいなと思いました。スタッフの皆さんも笑顔で丁寧に対応- してくれて気持ちがよかったです。スーパーマーケットや地下鉄の駅にも近く便利でした。 カーテンを開けると、食堂から部屋が見えそうなのが気になりました。ガラスの下の部分はすりガラスで透けな- いようにはなっていましたが、レースカーテンがあったらいいなと思いました。 |

Style, interior design, wonderfull stone tiles in the bathroom, location, silent place, staff, lobby, internet availibility, sauna, croissants, coffee, fresh strawberries and overall peacefulness. Sound coming from outside, maybe from air-conditioning which sounds like rain, every morning I thought it´s raining outside:(( |

I like a lot the design, decoration and what has been done out of an old building, the distribution of the rooms around a yard. The breakfast was excellent, especially the choice of breads. I appreciates a lot the coffe machine close to the reception making quality cappucino, delicious! |

The location was excellent - quiet yet close to public transport and within easy walking distance of central station, the main shopping street and many good restaurants. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was very small, and the bathroom about the size of a broom cupboard which made using it quite challenging (and i'm not a large person). Also the bedroom was a strange shape, which meant that it was impossible to close the curtains in a way that actually blocked out the light... That said, perhaps I was just unlucky - my colleague showed me his room and it was huge and normal shaped (still had a small bathroom though). Breakfast was also fairly limited, particularly for Sweden where breakfasts are usually much better than what was on offer here. Wireless internet would also be a bonus and avoid the need for cables. |

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The free internet and printer and coffee in the lounge was great. It did not feel like a hotel, more like a place away from home. the bar was cosy too and one night they had a jazz band there (although I was too tired and went to bed). The T-bann or subway was a block away (Radsmangatan) and downtown was walking distance. |

the staff and the general athmosphere of the place as well as the decoration. Not the usual stuff Rooms a very small. I was in 104. there was quite a bit of early morning noise I guess related to the breakfast preparations... |

The room was clean and tidy with one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. Staff were welcoming and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing - worth staying just for that! There is a lovely bar and lounge room with free tea and coffee to spend time - plus free internet. Hotel Hellsten is a great location, close to the tube and within walking distance of the shopping area and many main attractions. |

The breakfast was fabulous, the room was well-outfitted with nice fixtures and linens. Despite a courtyard facing room with some amount of breakfast noise, we found that the hotel was a tremendous value for the price we paid (1050 SEK per night). |
