Service minded staff. Breakfast OK related to the price I payed. Cleaning of rooms was poor, old dirt and hair in bathroom, lipstickmarks on the watermugs, old marks on the wall beside the bed (puke???) |

Good location. Friendly staff, good breakfast service. Free parking. Easy access by car. The hotel appears to be somewhat worn out, the whole hotel would benefit from a refurbishment. |

God frokost og bra senger. Beliggenhet midt i byen. Personalet bør bli langt mer serviceminded. Resepsjonisten syntes mer interessert i pc enn å betjene og informere. Langt fra samme vennlighet som på vårt hotell natten før (Marieberg i Kristinehamn). Vi hadde bedt om sikker parkering, men måtte stå ute på gata med bilen. |

Mycket god service och frukost. Bra utrustning på rummen, vattenkokare mm. Bagageuppbevaring hela dagen efter utcheckning. Slitet runt karmar mm, behöver målarfärg. |

utmärkt frukost, gott bemötande av personalen, god tillgänglighet städningen mellan de av mig bokade nätterna kunde vara lite omsorgsfullare. Nu blev sängen nödtorftigt hoplagd och för övrigt flyttades inte en pryl. (detta är inte ett klagomål, det är ett konstaterande) |
