This hotel has a central yet quiet location, within a few minutes' walk of Östersund Central Station and the main street, Rådhusgatan. It offers free Wi-Fi and en-suite rooms with cable TV. All guest rooms feature a minibar, tea/coffee facilities and fruit. The daily breakfast buffet includes a variety of hot and cold choices. A popular evening buffet is served at Hotell Älgen every evening. During summer, guests can sit on the terrace. A sauna is also available for relaxation. We liked its location near the railway station, the heated towel rack, the computer in the hallway for checking e-mail, and reasonable price for Coca Cola. No complaints.

Great breakfast, clean and nicely furbished rooms. Location is a few blocks away from the city centre, thus making it nice and quiet. Good value for money! Bathroom was a bit old, could do with a refurbishing (nothing critical though).

Very polite and serviceminded staff, Excellent breakfast! Central and quiet location. Value for money I found the garage rather small and with narrow parkinspace, So at summertime I will leave my car in the street.

Valmöjligheterna på frukosten. Mycket högt ljud från ventilationssystemet, särskilt i badrummet där ventilen satt. Fick ha badrumsdörren stängd men hördes till rummet ändå. Badrummet kunde haft fräschare ytskikt och någon värmekälla, det var mycket kallt där inne.

Hej, Städpersonalen vill jag ge ett extra plus för som var hjälpsamma! Mvh, Fredrik Jag tycker jag blev lite tveksamt bemött när jag anlände till hotellet. Efter några dagar var det dock ny personal på plats och då var servicenivån bra!.

Greit og uformelt samt sentral beliggenhet og moderat pris Personlig så likte jeg ikke at prisen for hotellrommet også inkluderte middag. Skulle ha ønsket at man kunne velge bort middag. Må imidlertid innrømme at vi ikke spurte om dette var mulig. Vi aksepterte opplegget.

“Location in the center, 5 minutes to all POI. Own parking in the garage. They also allowed us to leave a car in the garage for couple of hours after check out.
