Great staff very willing to give directions, make taxi arrangements, etc. I love the ambiance of the hotel and that it was old with a history. Being on the third floor with no elevator was very difficult because of luggage. Otherwise, the stairs were not a problem. The room was extremely small for two people as there was no room for luggage anywhere but under the beds.

The location was really great, room was clean and compact, breakfast was extensive for choice, staff pleasant and helpful. No lift, had to carry heavy luggage up stairs.

Location was great. Friendly staff and rooms were average size for Europe No elevator and we got the 4th floor. It was also unseasonably hot in Stockholm and we only had 2 dormer windows (very tiny). When we did open the windows, it was very noisy on the street below so, had trouble getting a good night's sleep.

Great location! VerY helpful hotel staff. Light and airy rooms. Good breakfast. A nice walk from central station thru the old town to get to hotel. Would recommend it based on location.

The location was perfect for me as it is easy to reach by T-bana from the Central Station and a very short walk to every location which I needed to reach. The accommodation was very comfortable and very good for someone on a brief business visit, as I was. That is why I have commented "Good" against "Value for money", having found that prices for most things in Sweden are high. It is an older style of hotel, which is the type that I anyway like. The breakfast was of very good quality and provided plenty of choice. I could check only three of the boxes above as I was on a brief business visit and needed to stay for two nights only. The service provided was very good and friendly. It did not concern me, so perhaps I should not say that it is something which "I didn't like", but the lack of a lift could mean that the hotel would not be suitable for a guest with physical impairment.

Läget var optimalt. Ganska neutrala rum, inte speciellt påkostade. Ingen hiss. Från T-banan Slussen går man mot utgång Södermalsmtorg och runt kvarteret så är man framme. Tyst och lugnt på natten (rum 31 mot återvåndsgränden Maria gränd). Ingen minibar. Dålig TV-mottagning typ "myrornas krig".

Die Lage war für Städtereisen optimal, da nah an der Metro Slussen. Das Viertel Söderbalm ist sehr individuell, nette Cafes, Restaurants, Pubs und schöne Lädchen zum Shoppen. Nah ist es auch zur Schiffsanlegestelle. Viel kann man zu Fuß erledigen.

TREVLIG PERSONAL i både reception och servis. VACKER inredning. Anrik och fin atmosfär LYHÖRT från korridor in till rummet. Störde nattsömnen... LYHÖRT utifrån gatan in till rummet. Störde nattsömnen Dålig isolering från toaletten in till rummet pga en stor spricka i trädörren!?!?

У отеля потрясающее местоположение: сам отель находится в прекрасном районе Sodermalm, на маленькой улочке, от которой до центральной улицы района Gotgatan - буквально два шага. На Gotgatan можно найти все - кафе, рестораны, метро, магазины, продуктовые супермаркеты в шаговой доступности, мы с мужем нашли даже парикмахерский салон ) С другой стороны отель выходит на площадь, от которой до центра города Gamlastan - только мостик перейти) Тут же от набережной отходят кораблики по водным туристическим маршрутам и на остров Юргорден. Мы с мужем путешествовали паромом Viking, до терминала которого идти минут 15-20 не быстрым шагом по красивой набережной. Вообщем что касается местоположения мы очень довольны ) Что касается самого отеля - он очень стильный и очень уютный. Номер у нас был маленький, но это не напрягало, потому как по сути мы в отеле только ночевали. При этом надо понимать, что ценники в Стокгольме в отелях, мягко говоря, не гуманные и вообщем то гнаться за большими аппартаментами по бешеным ценам смысла не имеет. Завтрак был вполне хорош, главное для нас - наличее горячих блюд. Понятно, что не разнообразно, но вкусно и качественно. При выезде спокойно договорились оставить вещи в отеле, пока гуляем по городу. Смутили две вещи, заселили чуть позже, чем положено, но был наплыв туристов и могли произойти нестыковки. Второй момент - при оплате проживания рублевой карточкой сбербанка, была снята сумма чуть выше, чем стояло в бронировании. С учетом нашего не знания языка , выяснить причину не удалось, списали на конвертацию валют.
