Good hotel in a great location in Stockholm. Comfortable beds, small but ok rooms. Breakfast was ok -- not spectacular, not horrible. |

The location is ideal for visiting "old town" of Stockholm, situated close to Metro station. Staff at reception friendly and professional. Was not clear to me the hotel does not have a lift and I stayed at the 3rd. floor which can only be accessed by very old, stone steps. For elderly people this may pose a problem. Local tel. calls were charged heavily. |

Conveniently located minutes away from Gamla Stan. A short 15 minute walk will take you through beautiful harbor to the business area if you have a meeting there. Great breakfast. Efficient service. All in all a wonderful place to stay. Internet is not for free, and is relatively expensive. |

Good location, central yet quiet. Cleaning service good and non-obtrusive WiFi did not work for 4 days in a row, which is not acceptable if you want to host business travelers |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but neat, clean and calm, no garish decoration and the hotel was nice and quiet. I would have preferred the hotel to have a restaurant - I did not realise when I booked that the restaurant was closed in the evening. |

Relaxed ambiance. Very comfortable beds. Gamla Stan, underground, busses are only 200 metres away. Lots of pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Light sleepers may be disturbed by the noise of traffic at Slussen and partygoers in nearby Götgatan. |

Schöne, kleine Zimmer, sauber und gepflegt. Keine ekligen Tagesdecken. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sowohl beim Reinigungsservice als auch beim Früstücksbuffet und an der Reception. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein aber sehr fein. Grosse Auswahl. |

Man kunde ha dukat av frukostborden snabbare. Vid lördagsmorgonen var nästan alla småborden belamrade med disk då vi kom ner till frukosten |

Rummet helt OK, vårt kanske något i minsta laget. Portieren mycket hjälpsam och tjänstvillig. Pga hantverkare på hotellet drabbades vi av att vi inte hade något vatten när vi kom åter efter frukosten. Efter samtal med portieren fick vi tillgång till ett annat rum. Tråkig incidens men åtgärdades snabbt . |
