Extremely good value for money.Neat and clean. The breakfast area was a bit overcrowded. Staff was also overworked and stressed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, kind and professional personnel, clean and neat room with all necessary equipment for the traveler. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay. -Did not like the fact that nowhere in the presentation of the hotel on booking.com it says that the room will be charged by the time of booking and not when checking-in or checking-out. This strange enough policy should be on display. -Christmas decorations and winter holidays atmosphere were regrettably missing in the hotel.

Good price and rather near The central station. Easy to reach a lot of the local buses. The quilts were not so very good. A bit cold during the night.

Modern spacious room, rich breakfast, coffee-machine in lobby Not so near to city centre, though it's a minor issue for car travellers. There is good bus connection anyway.

hotel horisont is it a 3 star hotel? it seems like 4 star hotel. great breakfast, nice view, comfortable beds, peace and quiet, wasnt that far from city shame on you. i called the day before and asked if the jaccuzi worked. yes you told me, but no the jaccuzi didnt work. my mama told me not to lie. tha breakfast staff wasnt polite. they didnt tell goodmorning. nothing, not even a little smile. the room was to smal. needed a little more space

The breakfast buffe is recommendable. Ver nice and fresh. Easy Internet and TV facilities. I chose this hotel particularly because it had a pool/Jacuzzi, sauna etc. But, these were "out of order" in the days I was there. Secondly, there were a lot of construction work in the hotel. The hotel is situated in a not so nice area of Helsingborg

Det var ett alldeles utmärkt hotell. Bra personal och underbar frukost. Nära färjan. Har redan rekommenderat hotellet till andra och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Fint hotell på bra läge, mycket bra frukost, roligt med överrasknings- check på 100kr och gratis kaffe i lobbyn. Tråkigt att restaurangen inte var öppen på söndagkväll. Plocka gärna med dig allt från bilen.

Lugnt och relativt tyst på natten. Inte så mycket spring. Parkeringen med otroligt små platser, många stora bilar eller minibussar skulle få plats. Jacuzzi badet var under reparation - jag och mina 2 döttrar var på en avslappningsresa - ingen info på nätet inte heller i receptionen visste de det. Jag upplyste personalen.....inte alls bra!

Dåligt mottagade av pesonalen.I restaurangen visade de oss till ett smusig bord, ville tar betalt utan att visa notan, fruktansvärt varmt på rummet, ventalationen fungerade inte, på frukosten tog bröd mm slut och de fyllde inte på trots att vi sa till de, de dukade av bordet INNAN vi hade ätet färdig. Sammanfattning: De borde skicka sin personal på utbildning
