Hotel is situated in the heart of the city, good access, nice staff

1.) I had a room facing the street and opposite the hotel is located just 2 disco bar, a Swedish youth from Thursday to Saturday and enjoyed a lot of loud frolicked (sometimes in the fountain, sometimes on the street) until the early morning hours (if you have heat and open windows you will not enjoy much peace) 2.) that is a 4 * hotel - very small venue for breakfast, a small capacity, squeeze (guests are pushed, they did not have somewhere to sit - pretty bad!)

The staff were really helpful, they were extremely polite, gave us great advice on sight-seeing, and also went out of their way to let us stay on in our room past check-out as our flight was in late evening. The room we stayed in was amazing and cleaned to perfection. I also liked the way the hotel was very eco-friendly while still providing the luxury one looks for in a hotel. The breakfast was superb, offering something tasty for everyone.

I cannot fault the hotel at all, it was absolutely perfect!

Poor dinner menu

Friendly and hospitallity, high level service. price level is logical and includes breakfast. Location - close to shopping area and King Palace.

The hotel restaurant open hours from 17.30. There is no more restaurants. No separate bottles with hair shampoo and gel, but staff is ready to support 24 hours.

Staff was not very friendly and the room was certainly not tidy, with a boxershort laying under the bed belonging to a previous guest. It was my second stay at the Kung Carl and I certainly won't be back.

Central location, safe, no mayhem in hotel, breakfast excellent, reception staff excellent, room staff excellent, hotel history great and room decor very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone i know travelling to stockholm and its not difficult to find from the central station.

No tea/coffee after 6pm, it should be there 24/7, door handle of bathroom kept falling off, maintenance needs to fix, roof terrance plants had no water in them, its a really nice space that the hotel is not serving drinks up their, wine/beer and light all the candles at night.

The location was fantastic

The noise levels outside the hotel made it totally impossible to sleep. We were showed 2 rooms that were dreadful before being given a 3rd room that was really lovely and bright although it didn't have aircon and there was no ventilation in the bathroom.

Location to city to city centre. Breakfast good.

Size of room. No dining facility. No bar fridge in room. No air- conditioning. All these we would expect of a 4 star hotel. Lift capacity small.

Nice decoration of rooms and well kept.

Strange that the mini bar was empty, nothing to drink , not even water. Very strong smell of disinfectant on way in to lift from toilets in proximity. This smell was noticable even in the lobby and bar areas.

När någon ifrån städet la sig i Receptionens arbete, när jag hade en fråga om dagrum. Jag frågade fröken i recetionen om det fanns dagrum. Då svarade någon ifrån Städet i stället -att idag fanns det inte!! fick en känsla av att hon ifrån inte ville ha krånglet med en dag-gäst.

Rommet var stort, lyst og godt utstyrt. Her fant vi oss umiddelbart tilrette og koste oss under oppholdet.

Läge och en mycket bra frukost.
