Friendly and hospitallity, high level service. price level is logical and includes breakfast. Location - close to shopping area and King Palace.

The hotel restaurant open hours from 17.30. There is no more restaurants. No separate bottles with hair shampoo and gel, but staff is ready to support 24 hours.

Central location, safe, no mayhem in hotel, breakfast excellent, reception staff excellent, room staff excellent, hotel history great and room decor very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone i know travelling to stockholm and its not difficult to find from the central station.

No tea/coffee after 6pm, it should be there 24/7, door handle of bathroom kept falling off, maintenance needs to fix, roof terrance plants had no water in them, its a really nice space that the hotel is not serving drinks up their, wine/beer and light all the candles at night.

A discoteque in the buiding, lots of noise at til 5 in the morning.

Nice hotel, near to city center. Room was clean and nice, I was event granted an updgrade.

The shower was narrow. The service accurate but short. There was nothing "wow".

Staff was not very friendly and the room was certainly not tidy, with a boxershort laying under the bed belonging to a previous guest. It was my second stay at the Kung Carl and I certainly won't be back.

Very good location in downtown. Elegant environment of the resraurant. Beautiful 18th century building. Cute bear theme room.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions. The surrounding area abounds with shopping. We enjoyed the breakfast which offered many choices.

The main issue with the hotel is the noise you hear at night. Clubs and street traffic make it difficult to get a full nights sleep. Also, I thought the beds were a bit too soft.

The bedroom seemed to be individually designed / laid out. Like the atmosphere very much in the hotel. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Rather noisy location, but not surprising - and the hotel acknowledged this by providing ear plugs by the bed. I found this whimsical and nice. Breakfast / eating area was a little cramped - but a minor gripe!

Wonderful breakfast - everything is very fresh and just what you need. The room was very cozy, it really feels like being at home. During winter time there is no problems with the music outside - choose the room facing the street without hesitation.
