The location is good.

Friendly personell, excellent location

Very warm hotel rooms, lots of noise from the street when windows were open (we had to have them open in order to get any airconditioning). In addition, the double duvet was too small to our liking. Children were also running up and down the hallway almost all the time, making a lot of noise.

Location: close to the city centre and surrounded by grocery stores. Clean room, clean bath room.

The room had only 1 window that looked out on (not over) the rooftop of the hotel and the AC. At night I could hardly sleep from the noise of the AC. The sauna and gym are only open from 4pm-9pm (16:00-21:00 hrs).

I liked the location as it was in the middle of the city and perfect for touring the sites and also to get to the Liseberg amusement park all within a walk. The staff were all very polite and willing. The room was clean and so too was the bathroom. Parking was straightforward too. A supermarket across the road was handy for snacks and drinks. If you want a simple clean and cheap place in the middle of the city then this is perfect

The surroundings of the hotel were not so nice. A main street, cark park surrounding the hotel. Felt like the hotel was just thrown onto the location without any forethought. The salmon pink exteriour made it look like a cheap motel. Felt a bit embarrassing to check into. The morning breakast was like a cattle market, could have been better spaced out. If you want a simple clean and cheap place in the middle of the city then this is perfect.

Hotel very clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast extensive and in nice dining room. Pleasant bar/lounge area in lobby.

Dinner in hotel restaurant was expensive and mediocre at best.

Very comfortable and spacious room. I also liked the design and the facilities of the hotel. The restaurant serves high quality food at a good price. The location is in a quieter part of the city and the centre is reachable in about 15 minutes walk.

We asked for a taxi to go to the bus station in order to travel with our luggage to the airport. Yet despite the staff being aware of the amount of luggage we had, the taxi was too small to fit everything. The staff then booked two taxis so this cost us more instead of a larger vehicle as we had travelled with to arrive at the hotel. Luckily the taxis arrived quickly and we managed to catch the bus on time.

The hotel is dated and the cleaning was not so good, noisy if youlived on the street side, I would give it 3 stars and not 4. The only positive thing was the spa

The hotel seemed worn. I was suppriced that they chaeged 150,- for parking. Not ok

I did like the efficiency in the room, the setting was just right. We were 4 of us in the family room, and the smaller size of the room did not disturb any of us due to the mentioned set up of the room. And what a breakfast options, would defo recommend:)

For the rate of 235 EUR/night and a four stars hotel I would have expected rooms with furniture not looking like bought from a discounter furniture shop. It did not make me feel comfortable. Windows were small.
