Hotel did not look inviting from the outside, but appeared to be very attractive from the inside. Staff was very helpful, rooms small but comfortable, Wifi available, coffee/tea as much as you like, breakfast fine. Limited parking facilities |

Hotel Charlotte was an excellent place to stay, it was convenient for me as I was on a short visit to Uppsala. It's location is good, about a 15 min walk outside the centre and a regular bus service (at the front of the hotel) runs into the town every 10-20mins.The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was top class. It's distance from the place I was visiting, other than that 12/10 |

Very clean and pleasant rooms, well and functionally furnished. Swedish-style buffet breakfast, which I happen to like. Nothing fancy, but more than adequate. Friendly and helpful staff. Located in a quiet area a short stroll from the centre of town. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and light room, tea/coffee facilities 24/7 Bathroom is a bit tiny, there could be some hot food at breakfast, like scrambledd eggs or omelette. |

Friendly and makes us feel at home. Is simple, cosy and quite with all the essential (except air drier). Bathroom too small and simpler but enough. Cofee , tea and cookies all time in a peacefull room. Confortable bed and kleen Breakfast until 9 a.m. is too early, maybe until 10 a.m. will be better. |

A clean small hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Close to university and city center. Good to have free Internet connection in the rooms. Coffee is always available for free. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is a little small and breakfast is weak. |

The decor was charming, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was very good. It's not a "luxury" hotel, but if you are looking for clean, cheerful, and home away from home, you will be happy. I was traveling without a car, and it is a bit far from the train station to lug baggage on foot. But I made the best of it and enjoyed the walk. There's a beautiful cemetery, cathedral, and river nearby. Also lots of restaurants in the town center. |

I really appreciate the help from the front desk staff. They could always find the answers for you. The breakfast is good as well. The in-room wireless internet connection is a plus, but it took 2 days for the computer technician to fix a glitch for Mac's internet connection. I arrived at app. 1 AM in the morning, and the front desk closed at 10 PM. It would be nice to have a 24-hour open front desk. Or, at least, the hotel info should list a way to alert the staff about late arrival and the alternative way to get in the reserved room. |

The staff was excellent. Thje breakfast spread was more than adequate. It was clsoe enought to downtown Uppsala and asllits restaurants to walk easily. |

Sijainti on omalta kannaltani hyvä ja Uppsalassa ei ole liikaa tämäntapaisia hotelleja, tai kohtuuhintaisia hotelleja ylipäätään. Rakennus on omaperäinen mutta toimiva. Palvelut toimivat ja turha virallisuus ja byrokratia puuttuvat. |
