The staff, mainly the young blond late recepcionist, was very helpfull and friendly. The hotel is simple, but fashionable and cosy. An important thing to be considered is that the bus from Arland airport stops in front of the main entrance. A little safe and a mini-bar would be good. |

Many transportation options which is great since hotel is right outside the main area. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Breakfast was nice! No internet in room (5th floor) though there appears to be plans for improving. |

Comfortable bed, spacious room, parking at the back of the building (though expensive), interesting building, fast internet connection. There was confusion about how you can pay for the garage. When I queried at reception, I was told to go down and find it out for myself, and this late at night. Receptionist did not know that you can register with your credit card upon entering and then use the same credit card to exit. I had a gloomy feeling in the room as there was only a small window in the roof so I could not look out of any window. |

comfortable bed, no noise, rather close from down town given the price room a bit "bare", I could have used an armchair and a bit of deco |

the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very bigh and spacious. the bathrooms are impractical. When one person showers, the water spills all over the floor because there is no partition between shower and rest of bathroom. |

Hotel is like a budget hotel type. Price was high compared to the type and facilities of hotel. But it is located close to the city centre. That was the reason - I chose this hotel. |

The hotel is located right at the bus stop for the airport buses and the hotel has a nice lobby It more or less looked like a construction site outside our room. Holes in the walls and ceiling was poorly fixed but not painted. There was no phone in the room. But most of all, the window was 2,5 meter up so there is no way to look out. |

Hotel is easy to get to by bus - the stop is right next to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.Internet's free with your laptop. But you can also use their computers. The breakfast was very good Shower room floor was uneven so it flooded everytime you shower, no telephone to call reception desk.TV channels very limited, no satellite .There was no shelf in the bathroom area for necessary items ,no hairdryer .Too expensive for the state of the hotel. |

It was a very interesting reworking of a 19th century wine distribution center with a typically modernist Scandinavian interior.. They had a great and plentiful breakfast with healthy choices for various diets. It was far away from the center of the city and public transit had to be used to get anywhere. |

The breakfast they served was amazing! (It's included in the price of a room.) Lots of selection: it included fresh fruit, fresh breads, meats, cheeses, and hot dishes too (like bacon and eggs); Not the typical continental breakfast served in North America. Also, the hotel is a short walk from the metro, and is located in the downtown area, so you have easy access to everything without the price of being right downtown. The staff all speak English and are very friendly and helpful. |

The room was not ready at our arrival, they gave us 2 other tools instead but thé NeXT day at noon, thé initial room was Still not tidy, so we leave our luggages on the other tools as they told us. Bad surprise when we come back at thé end of thé day, they had given our tools to other clients with our luggages still in. This id really not professional and thé staff has not béen helpful to me.., |
