The room was big with two semi-double beds and there was free wireless internet access in our room. Buffet breakfast has a good spread. One guy manning the reception was not friendly and appeared unwilling to unanswer our queries. However, another lady receptionist was very helpful and polite. |

ease of getting to the hotel using the airport bus. Friendly desk-staff and management Breakfast is promptly cleared at 09:30, would have been nicer to be able to have breakfast until 10:00 without rushing |

Location is on the outskirts of Stockholm in the hi-tech business district. Would have preferred not to be in a business district. The plus about the location is that a bus stop is just outside the hotel for easy access to main bus line and the airport Arlanda express bus stop is just across the street. The hotel rooms are very loud because of hardwood flooring. Room was too hot with no control of the temp setting and we had one tiny window. A bit claustrophobic. |

Freindly piano bar with entertainment, and especially the high standard of service provided by the staff. I knew about the refurbishment programme, so naturally when this is completed, the hotel will be even better. |

Desk staff were very helpful. Restaurant and bar area were clean and well-served, despite renovations on-going. Rooms were quiet and internet in room included in room price. |

Building is an old factory refurbished, really nice. Perfect location if you are going to Karolinska University and good for city center&airport (in front of the bus stop (to airport and city center), very close to underground. Excellent Breakfast. Very nice bar and lounge area. The shower was just a hole in the floor (a little messy). There is some refurbish work going on(but this will be temporary) |

The construction works in the hotel are still going on. When we stayed in the hotel, they were working on the electricity and the fire alarm. Therefore there was many times falls alarm, also during the night, which was very unpleasent. Furthermore they made a couple of payment mistakes on my creditcard, that I had to get cash to pay the bill and make costs for it, which they don't want to give. |

Great breakfast. Good location to transportation. Great Indian restaurant nearby. This was one of a very few locations that I knew could get a room for 3-4 people. They are remodeling in an old factory/warehouse. It will be beautiful. However, they need to take away the heavy doors in front of the old freight elevator that everyone has to use. They are hard to push. There needs to be stairs that go DOWN in case of emergency and just to use instead of elevator. There was no shelf in the bathroom area for necessary items |

Value for money Yes, on the first evening we arrived, the person at reception was more than unfriendly and unhelpful. He could not even rustle us up a cup of hot chocolate and coffeee, things which were really extremely easy to have organised for us, as we arrived at about 22h30 and would have been very glad of the service. Service improved on the following days. |
