First Hotel Norrtull    

Everything was ok.

The hotel need some love. The bathroom - bad smell and the bartender wasn't professional at all.

Everything was very good.

I liked its design and the fact that it was built from a winery. The price was also good (the cheapest we could find at that level in Stockholm), and the breakfast was amazing.

It was a bit far from the Tunnelbana, there were bus stops nearby but we never understood how they worked.

The hotel was clean and excellent breakfast. Good location.

1. No internet connection in rooms - although advertised. 2. There was a nail standing up from the wooden floor that I hurt myself on when I went to the restroom from my bed. 3. I complained about the nail the next morning and the manager did not care at all about that. Did not even ask if I needed a bandage and did not say sorry! 4. I went to the lobby to buy something to drink (so I could take my medicine) around midnight and I was clearly not welcome since he was really hostile towards my needs. 5. There are no telephones in the rooms, no radio and no alarm-clock. The alarm in the television was not installed! (I had forgotten to bring my charger with me...) - so this was a disappointment !! 6. Expensive hotel.

Liked friendliness of staff, music and bar area.

No wardrobe, just a few coathangers on coat hooks. No toiletries in bathroom other than the wall mounted shower gel. No safe in room, no mini bar or fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in room.

It has lots of character

Only has a small duvet for a double bed. Very basic

Spaciousness of rooms - breakfast was good - lounge is nice

Bathroom is so poor - no place to put anything - crazy for 2012 to build a hotel and then design your bathroom like that - even if on a budget - poor. And no bathtub option in any room - boooo... And no wifi in the rooms?? Again - come on it is 2012 - that is so easy to supply! Price was a bit high to recommend for these points also why use such a small bed? In such a large room - ?

Well what to say. My room was not cleaned when I got my key and went to my room. I got a new room, the suite and that was very nice. I also had my dinner at the hotel. I ordered a rygbøf. It was a very bad beef filled with tendons and inedible. I claimed and the waiter came back and apologized and said they don't have better rygbøf and offered med a file steak instead and that was very good. I mean how can a restaurant offer that bad meat and know it. Its really bad strategy

Heavy doors

Location next to Karolinska institute was convenient.

For the price it was not great, room a bit grubby with flies! No bar / services in hotel at night. Breakfast fairly average

The placement, very central yet very quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Also, the place has a history with a certain charm(it used to be the biggest wine brewery in sweden). The staff where super friendly as well.

Elisa the receptionist was outstanding. So very friendly, and was incredibly helpful in all aspects of out stay.

Very good breakfast with a lot of choice. The room was very clean and really big. The crew was absolutely kind and helpful for every need. The hotel is in a quiet place but is a little bit far from the city center (more than 30 minutes to join the central station by walk and the metro is at 10 minutes).

Even if the room was very big the furniture was a little bit poor. Only one wardrobe with a door not working and only 4 clothes hanger.

Good complementary breakfast

Very soft bed the first night, but the staff was able to respond to our complaint and move us to a room with a firmer bed.

No electric kettle in the rooms. Although the staff was eager to help with a glass of hot water upon request at any time.
