Nice quiet hotel. They do not lock the breakfast room, so we could borrow some spoons and plates in the evening. We informed hotel that we'll arive late, they said ok, but did not provide us with any instructions, so we had to phone the hotell staff in front of the hotel entrance staying in the cold street. Hotel has private parking in the cellar, height is limited to 2.05m there, our car didn't fit. There are no other ways to drive to the hotel entrance, so we had to move our stuff to the hotel across the block. There was a bit cold in our room. Breakfast was only cold snacks and tea/coffee.

We had a pleasant stay at a small, but good hotel. The family rooms with an alcove were perfect for a family with two kids. The Location could not be better; it is in the middle of Prästgatan (Priest Road), which is a pedestrian zone. The hotel parking is a bit awkward, though. It is not extremely easy to find the hotel garage in Postgränd (Post Road). You'll have to expect at least one rotation around inner city to find it. And you definitely should not use your Hummer in the garage, Use your Mini Cooper or Fiat 500. Breakfast was good, we did not miss anything. We'll use this hotel for the next stay in Østersund.

Att personalen var så trevlig och tillmötesgående. Att jag kunde disponera rummet längre när det fanns möjlighet till det - toppen. Att det fanns naturell yoghurt och färsk frukt till frukosten. Att det är så centralt. Fåtöljen höll på att tippa fram flera gånger så man kunde ha ramlat. Den var inte heller bekväm att sitta i. Saknade handtag att hålla sig i - speciellt då man skulle kliva över den höga sockeln - i duschen .

Jättetrevligt hotell med mycket bra läge! God frukost och trevligt bemötande! Skön säng och trevligt rum! Tyvärr sov jag inte lika gott natt nummer två som natt ett, pga att det var ett större sällskap från Norge som hade "party" i rummet bredvid. De höll på och skratta och prata till c:a kl. ett på natten och lyckades också få igång brandlarmet varvid polis och brandkår anlände till hotellet! Det var dock säkert ett väldigt undantag som råkade inträffa precis när jag råkade bo där!

Hotellet ligger meget sentralt i Østersunds sentrale gågate. Ikke langt å gå fra togstasjonen. Helt greit hotell. Kunne gjerne vært en hårføner på rommet.:-)

Rolig. Garasje i bygget. Sentralt. Kunne gjerne vært et lite kjøleskap på rommet. Teppegolv kunne gjerne vært skiftet ut med belegg eller tregolv.

Ikke noe positivt å si Dårlig betjening, dårlig merket, vanskelig å finne frem, rommet fremsto ikke som på bilder, gammelt å slitent, luktet gammel sykehjem.. Ikke mulighet for å få tak i mineralvann eller annen drikke mellom kl 10 og 7, trang parkeringskjeller, for få plasser å sitte på til frokost, hotellet bærer preg av spøkelser å direkte uggent å overnatte. Aldri mer i hele mitt liv! Ikke verd pengene i det heletatt.
