The breakfast was very good, a large selection of good product. The complimentary tea and coffee all day, even if the drop coffee is not good. The gym is very small only 3 equipment, no window with an old treadmill. There is a piano in the lobby but no pianist even the week end in May.

It was right on the doorstep for the trams and other transport. There were also plenty of shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was good as there was a great choice for everyone. The maid service was a very 'sloppy' and poor. My towels were not hung up, next night my bed throw not put back on the bed and another night my bedroom door had been left wide open all day!

Central location, efficient dealings with reception Staff claimed they were assigning a specific room because it was quiet but then it was loud with some kind of knocking sound going on all evening and night. I ended up leaving one night earlier than planned because it was rather noisy and somewhat uncomfortable. The interior was rather dated and spare, which is fine - it is not something I liked or disliked, but have managed to find newer, better hotels at better prices.

Staff very helpful and offered a late check out for no extra charge.Location was perfect. We stayed in a standard room this was tiny and dated, no tea/coffee facilities in room, pillows were woeful, quilts a joke( two single quilts on a double bed) toilet paper worse than my school days.

The hotel has a great location, staff was friendly. Something happened to my bath and I could not get the water out of it. But the positive thing was that one staff member fixed it quickly.

Nice, large hotel and very centrally located. It was only steps to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite substantial with a lot of variety. I also liked that the elevator had to be operated with a room card. The room was pleasant enough, in a very minimalist way, but I didn't find the bed particularly comfortable and the duvet barely covered the top of the bed -- thankfully, I was on my own. Try as I might, I never did locate a guest services book in the room. As I was only staying one night, it was fine. Had I been staying longer I think I would've been less happy.

The room 358 was very good, newly renovated and very comfortable. Very different to the original 215 room. Had I stayed in room 215 only, I would not return to this hotel. Having used room 358 I will return if the cost is reasonable. Initially I was booked into room 215. The room was very basic. The phone didn't work and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. When I asked for a new phone, I was relocated to a new room 358. Staff were great :)

Cozy lobby and nice breakfast, room was decent size, free printer/computer for printing boarding pass, extra heater to compensate for cold temps outside. Request a room away from the street, the tram noise is a little loud.

Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast great and easy to find, central location. We booked a standard double room which although clean and comfortable had very little natural light and was rather pokey. Over-priced.

Location is very good and friendly straff. Not a 4 star hotel. Thinnest gray and hard toiletpaper they could find. No conditioner and also none at reception. Minibar is empty and can also not be filled. Small room with no possibility to open window.

The staff was helpful and efficient The room was quiet and nicely enough decorated No plug available near the small table where I could work on my laptop. The closest plug was on the opposite wall. Too far for being useable There is carpet in the bedroom which I find very unhygienic especially when one has asthma Air conditionning very strong, draft in the room Room small for the price No restaurant from Sunday to Thursday Evening buffet food is just not good enough for a 4 star hotel, no dessert available
