Tiny, cold room with unconfortable bed. Shower room with curtain and no base, water all over the room. No help with luggage. Lack of attention from the staff. |

Position, cleanliness, breakfast single rooms are small and located in an area of the hotel that should need some refurbishment work. It is requeted to pay 95 sek per day for using the fitness and spa and it is not indicated in the booking data |

Yes the room which i got was not appropraite to the price. the room number was 107 and this is towards to old building. In may when we stayed it was on the new building side and the rooms are much much more to the standard the ones i got this time. |

My friend and I stayed in a twin room in the new part of the hotel. This hotel was absolutely great. The staff was just wonderful and extremely helpful. The location could not be better - across the street from Central Station, next door to Nordstan, and a quick walk to the other malls. Never have I gone on vacation and was able to go back and forth to my hotel because it was just so convenient. Breakfast was another added bonus. If ever I am in Goteborg, I will stay at this hotel again. The only thing that didn't truly impress me was the fitness center. Very limited, but that's minor since we did a lot of walking anyway. |

Helpful staff, really nice bar area and good wellness centre. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The showers are good, but there are some plumbing issues with the toilets |

Great bathroom with a heated tile floor, lovely & cosy on the feet in the morning! Location was great for us, very close to the train station. Our room faced the street which had tram traffic, but efficient double glazing deadened most noise. Breakfast was included & there was a wide range of foods available, very nice dining room. Computer available for guest use, although it had quite a slow printer for colour printing. |

The room was as advertised and had all the things one would expect for a discounted single person room. The availability of wi fi in all the rooms without extra charge was exactly what I expect. My experience however is that this service is often charged for as an extra. I avoid hotels who do so. I parked in a public lot near the hotel and recommended by them and my car was broken into during the night. While I do not consider the hotel responsible, I learned from my insurance carrier that this happens in Göteborg all to often. I recommend that the hotel advise all customers on check in to make certain that there is nothing of value left in the car or trunk as it might well be stolen. |

Extremely central and easy to find location, perfect for using as a base for travelling round the local area or just staying in Gothenburg. Excellent all round hotel with very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. Would have been nice to have tea / coffee making facilities in the room. |

The cleanliness and touch of the hotel is nice. The hotel design is good. Staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful too. Facilities could be better. For example water boiler can be made available to business rooms for making of hot drinks. The power sockets are not suitable for guest from around the world. I brought a electrical power socket for Europe, but it could not fit. When I approached to loan a power socket at the reception, I was told there was none available. Free internet was extremely slow, with loading a google search page taking 2 minutes. |

Clean and spacious room. Good beds. Good facilities and EXCELLENT location! For off-season, the price was pretty (read: too) high. No dinner facilities, which is pretty strange. We had a room where the window could not be opened, I would say this is a disadvantage. The view was miserable, as we had a view on other rooms. Initially, we were put in the old part of the hotel, but I didn't want to stay there based on other users' experience here on booking.com. In january, I stayed at this hotel as well and I came back because of the quality. I had to pay extra to be put in the new part, about 30 euro's a night. I would have liked to get a free upgrade, just as I got in January, as the hotel was quite empty. |

Nice modern hotel, central location but quiet. Even the so-called economy rooms are of adequate size and well appointed. Excellent breakfast. |
