Good breakfast, friendly staff and excellent location. Wellness was ok but too expensive for what was offered. Free WiFi. Size of the room in the 3 star part, especially the bed was too small. I'm not a big person but I had troubles sleeping in. Gym is crowded with 2 people in it. Elevator was acting weird. WiFi was very slow. |

It was fine, the location is great but if you are waiting for a 4 star hotel, this hotel lacks a lot. Not changing the towels, not cleaning every day, not even re-supplying the soap to say somethings. For me and my husband it was very good but if you are interested in those things it is good to know. The coffee was baaaad!!! |

It was deinitely good value for money, friendly and good breakfast with specila atention to those, like myself, who have food allergies, ie they had lactose and gluten free products at breakfast The gym was very small , not much room to move about, with two people there it felt full- I also think that the service really needs improvement- the guy behind the bar seemed like he had never served a drink before and the reception staff were very slow for swedish standards... |

The wellness is not bad. Rooms are clean and nice. But the bathroom is cheap and not very comfortable. The hotel pretends to have 4 stars, but in fact it is no more than 3 stars level. Especial the breakfast is out of range. |

It is very central. It is nice being able to enjoy an outdoor breakfast. When we arrived, the reseption staff could not find our name in the reservation register. We had left the booking number at home, and the staff let us use a computer, so that we could try to find our number in our booking- or e-mail-system, but we failed, and they kept doubting that we actually had booked a room. I was upset, as this was a rare holiday/occation, and I refused to give up. |

Nothing in the old part of hotel My room was in the old part! And there was no soap, No shampoo, not well cleaned at the arrival (I found glasses in the middle of the room at the floor), and one day at the breakfast they run out of food for a short time. All the days there were many people and difficult to find place to sit at breakfast. |

The room was very nice and clean! Great location right on the square in front of the central station, room was very quiet though! The parking space provided in the nearby shopping center is quite expensive if you stay a couple or days!! |

The room is clean and comfortable. The design of the room is also beautiful and luxurious. The breakfast was fantastic. Shopping centre is just a few steps away. I really enjoy my stay. I would love to stay a few more days if the cost is lower. The hotel did not provide free parking for customers. |

The new business rooms are very comfortable with all the moderm trimmings. The whole hotel provides a very "luxurious" feeling around it, and this time was great value for money. |
