Perfect situated in town centre 50 m from railway station and 100m from bus station for airport buses and the trams...
The scrambled eggs was really terrible with artificial taste from from flavour and bad egg powder. Breakfast buffet in general could have been better..
Location and food
Room is too small
The shower was out of Control- faulty thermostat! Small room with no comfortable chairs- but cheap. You had to watch TV from the bed!
The Wi-Fi didn't work very well, the staff upon my arrival was extremely unfriendly, I did not catch her name, the parking was complicated and I ended up in an accident in the parking garage, I had asked several times for blankets because I was cold. I don't think I would probably stay here again. I think my stay was skewed by the front desk lady. Which was unfortunate
specifically, the front desk lady who greeted me when I first arrived, the spotty Wi-Fi, and the parking
Location and friendly staff
Changeroom and sauna area wasnt attended to as often as it should be as it was generally quite dirty.
Staff were helpful, location was good.
No kettle in room. HDMI port in TV was disabled, these are often used by business users.
Location: close to the station and the shopping center Good restaurant
Good Location and comfortable hotel
Hotel is in very good location near train station, coach station, shopping complex and restaurants. It is also a tram and bus stops near by. My room was big in the new building and I knew from other guests reviews that the new part of this hotel is better than old building. The breakfast ok but too crowded in New Year holidays and week end.
My first morning at this hotel, wasn't as I planned because, as soon as I get up, I realized no hot water and cold room. Reception lady told me not big job, need change a small part in the hot water system and in few hours would be ok. I was disappointed, it was my first time happen in all my travel around the world. Went to breakfast and come back to my room and finally hot water came back.
Staff were very friendly and professional and they had extended check-out time to 2pm due to NYE, for all guests. We checked in a few hours early without a problem.
The room was tiny, cold and not very modern. View from the window was poor, overlooking other rooms across a tiny roof. No view really.. The shower head was rather poor as it was broken at the top. The water was cold for the first couple of minutes! No tea/coffee or fridge in the room.
There were no socket in the bath room and hair dryer's wire was not long enough. On our request for wire extender we got negative response, and it was very uncomfortable to dry wet hair without access to the mirror. However two days later another staff gave us the extender, it was always there in reception. It turned out the previous staff just didn't understand the question and for her it was easier to say "no" than to try to help.
Friendly staff, great service, perfect breakfast selection, really cannot ask for more.
Quiet area beyond reception and clear of front of hotel with sofas. Nice club sandwich. Good free wifi.
Wanted a cabernet-sauvignon or merlot red wine but neither were available.

Shower head spun No lights on elevator Tiny "rehab" bare room Bored Staff
I did not sleep at all as I was itching my whole body the whole night. First I thought it was bed-bugs. It was a very bad feeling. Early in the morning I became aware of many small hairs finely distributed over all bed-sheets. Some thing must have happened during the was for sure. Very unfortunate! :-(
Shower head rotates Room was bare and dark Cleaner never picked up toiletries Elevator lights don't work Check in took forever Staff are bored 2 parts of hotel, one old and one I assume new
That was one of the smallest rooms I have ever had. Amazing how big they can male them look on their homepage Not good value for money
attitude of management
Hotel is right next to the bus station which has excellent links to both of Gothemburg's airports. Only £12 return from the city airport. Taxi was about £50 each way so get the bus as it goes straight the bus station.
The was no bad points about this hotel.
Staff willing to help sort it out.
The hotel has two faces. One new and very attractive - this was where I stayed the last time I stayed with them. The other one is old and definitely NOT as nice. This is NOT a hotel I would recommend unless you get assurance of a room in the new part.
Helpful staff Perfect breakfast Nice lobby and reception area Very clean and tidy
Bad working wifi No safe
Excellent location near city center and railway station/airport buses. Friendly service at the reception; we were upgraded without asking and any extra payment. Very good breakfast.
We were only there for a short time so didn't have time to use the facilities but the staff were very helpful, polite and the breakfast buffet was great with a huge selection. Brilliant location. Would certainly recommend.
