Mukavat huoneet. Hyvää oli että lasten vuoteet olivat erillään toisistaan. Kahvitarjoilu plussaa.

Aamiaistila todella pieni. Jotkut vieraat joutuivat odottamaan pöytää ja paikkaa. Ruokailupöydät pieniä joten oli ahdasta saada kaikki kupit ja lautaset mahtumaan.

- Very young and nice crew at the reception. They really make a difference for the guest. - Nice breakfast, not found in other hotels in the same price range; - Less than five minutes walk to a nice square, where one can find "burger king", "7 eleven", pubs and a tram station.

The light in the bathroom has an annoying "eco-friendly" feature which turns it off after some time. But, maybe if I had contacted the reception they would have told me how to get rid of it! It was a small problem. I really do not see any point to complain about.

The location is very good. For the room rate you don't really expect more luxury. Very friendly hotel crew.

The hotel looks terrible from outside. The rooms look like a youth hostel. Breakfast was quiet poor with no fresh fruits, lactose-free joghurt, etc.

Think it was a great basic hotel but over priced.

On arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the lovely staff, who were always on hand to recommend great places to eat / drink during our stay. Breakfast had more choice than most places which offer continental, as there was plenty of bacon and eggs, to accompany the breads, cheeses, cereals etc Little extras such as free internet and help-yourself drinks and snack round the clock were the icing on the skorpa, and a god-send in a city which seems relatively expensive to Brits. With views of the river, the location is a short walk from the centre, for shopping and bars, and an even shorter walk to the more historic Haga. After checkout, we were allowed to leave our bags in the storage room and they kindly called us a taxi to the airport.

The only slight negative was the sound of vacuuming at around 9:00am outside our room, I accept that this is not exactly the middle of the night, but could have been done later.

Friendly personell, nice rooms, big windows, enoigh space in the room, good-speed wifi, tasty breakfast. But especially nice was that we were given a parking place so to see the car from our room. And waffles in the afternoon was really unusial and home-like:)

We walked all the city not using transport, but i had an impression that tourist attractions are a bit far from the hotel. Though it wasn't a problem at all.

Everything was as perfect as it could be. We stayed two days. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the rooms were bright, spotless and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast was especially nice, both the quality and the excellent lounge where it was served.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. There were times when they were extremely busy (hint to management: consider hiring an additional person), but even at their busiest they were always cheerful and accommodating. The location is good: walking distance to trams and the city center. The breakfast was generous.

The bathroom lights are on motion sensitive timers. They extinguish when you're in the middle of your shower. Request adjusting the timer to stay on a bit longer.

Radiator in the room on top floor was on permanently and could not be turned off. The window was only able to be opened partially, so this made the temperature unbearable on one night.

Staff was absolutely outstanding and very helpful and professional.

The bed was a bit small and uncomfortable but not a deal breaker.

The location was perfect for me, your conference was at Jarntoget. My room at the back was quiet and comfortable. There is free coffee /tea/waffels all afternoon, which is a plus.

The direct surrounding area is more industrial looking, but nice restaurants etc are just around the corner

Clean room, fine location.

Firstly, the light in the bathroom was switching off constantly, because the detector of motion at the ceiling is not sensitive enough. So while taking shower one should jump and wave both hands to get the light on back, which is not comfortable. Secondly, in the room it was not enough space for the second bedside table with a lamp and for the wardrobe where more than 5 items could fit.

Rooms are neat and tidy, personnel is friendly, service is good. Baking wafers in the afternoon is nice! The power plant makes some noise, but that is not disturbing (even for a light sleeper like me) because it is a constant humming.

Easy access by car, parking across the street

Great location a very short walk from the shopping area. Restaurants and bars just around the corner so everything you want is only a few strides away. Clean and comfortable rooms, nice staff and a welcome coffee and cake free of charge is always available.

Although parking cost Sek 100, parking was available, which was convenient and good. Room was comfortable and adequate in size. Bed, as normal in Sweden, was very comfortable.

Small but clean room. Helpful, professional staff. Good location. Free WiFi was useful. A good choice based on the 'smart price' paid. Book with confidence. NB: There are two large pay car parks right outside. However, one is more expensive than the other. An extra 5m walk can save you a bit of money.
