Luxry, excellent and stylish (not weird!). Very convenient location. Very comfortable and clean rooms with sufficient space for a small family. Very friendly staff (always available - do they work 25h/day?). Excellent breakfast! Free WiFi. On weekends - free parking. P.S. The best hotel during our 2-week journey across sweden. |

It´s a quiet hotel and it´s located in a quiet town. Nice comfortable beds and sparkling new bathrooms. It would be nice with some aircondition in the room as it was a bit too warm inside. There were only one bed lamp, but the staff managed to get another. Great staff by the way! |

Hotel staff was great! They upgraded us to the deluxe room, which was wonderful. They said they enjoy making people happy. The breakfast was great! I would definitely choose this hotel again. It also had a bathtub in the middle of the room in a very romantic setting...great place. The hotel has recently been renovated and is very modern. |

What a room!!! We had the Black room with a bath tub in the main room in front of the big tv. Really, really nice. Breakfast was only between 06:30 and 08:00. A little bit to early and it became really crowded meaning you had to stand in line to access the food. |

It was a national holiday with "everything being closed", yet Annie, the proprietor, made calls to numerous restaurants to find out who might be open for dinner. The room was very nice, internet access was free and there was just a nominale fee for parking. |

Hotellet passade oss bra, låg nära konsertlokal, var snyggt designat och mysigt. Vi hade en trevlig helg och kommer gärna tillbaka. Vi har rekommenderat hotellet till andra. Illa är ett starkt ord, men vi ville ha badkar på rummet och det var det inte. |

Trevligt bemötande av personalen. Vi fick ett finare rum än vad vi hade bokat. Snygg design och vi kommer att besöka hotellet igen. Bra mat i restaurangen och god frukost. PS "plus för badkaret i rummet" Kerstin o Hasse |

Rummet var fräckt, snyggt och bekvämt. När vi kom var det ingen som kunde kassan så det var knappt att vi fick vårt rum. Fick gå ner senare och checka in. När vi skulle åka hem så fanns det ingen info om att vi hade betalat. Fick leta reda på kvittot. När vi käkade på hotellet första kvällen skulle vi betala mer än vad vi hade beställt och det blev en hel del tjafs om vad som var vårat osv. Löste sig tillslut. Tyckte det var otrevligt när rutinerna för betalning inte fungerar för personalen. Det är inte jag som kund som ska hålla reda på vad ni sysslar med. Städning dag två erbjöds efter kl 16 vilket jag tycker är väl sent. Kommer aldrig att sätta min fot på detta hotell igen och om någon undrar om hur det var så finns det massor av bättre ställen jag kan rekommendera. |
