Staff are excellent - good English and willing to engage and help with details such as directions and car hire.

Lack of 'out of room' wortk business (laptop) space - away from entrance hall

Location from Airport to hotel was very close. The shuttle you must call, so knowing how to call from a local phone in Arlanda Airport in Sweden we had to think back in our memory. Once we made a call, they came within 10-12 minutes.

I did not like we had to buy another room because we had 2 adults and 2 small childred(3 & 4/12yr). So, basically we rented 2 rooms which we only slept in 1. We were told due to the safety rules, they are only allowed a max of 2 adults and one child in order for us to rent a room. Other complaint, the troller cart with suitcases was able to fit through the main doors but if you need to need to go down the main floor, into the hallways leading to the rooms, be sure to adjust suitcases long- ways, parallel to kart. Because long duffle-style bags will not fit sitting on kart while pushing through the hallway doorway. The food was expensive, expect to pay for meals there if you stay. No free internet access. I recommend not using Internet through them but the using the other service provided by a wireless company, which you can access within the hotel. The hotel rates for wireless internet is more than if you went through the local wireless carrier.

We needed to be very close to the Stockholm airport, we needed a wake-up call at 4:30 a.m., and we needed rides to and from the airport, all of which the Ibis satisfied completely.

The hotel was a good place to sleep, very silent in spite of air traffic. There was no noise. Transporting to the airport works fine. Breakfast was balanced and enough. Hotellet fyllde sin uppgift bra, alt gick väl.

Brak dostępu do internetu w cenie, Śniadanie nie wliczone w cenę Hotelu, Po wliczeniu cena za dobę bardzo wysoka w stosunku do np. Radison Hotel, śniadanie bardzo skromne.

Fint att kunna långtidsparkera i samband med övernattning.

Nära till Arlanda,snabb transport till flygplatsen.

Nej, men saknade kylskåp på rummet samt en(1) stol för två personer och att trots att vi visade boknings bevis fanns det ingen bokning på oss,men som tur var fanns det lediga rum så vi fick ett i allafall.(märkligt)

Vänligt bemötande och hotellets egna bussar som är smidiga till och från flyget

Saknade utförligare frukost som äggröra och bacon och mera frukt

Inte illa om , men det fattas riktigt te ( Lipton Yellow Label heter det)

Servicen med hämtning och lämning vid flyget. Rimligt pris och nära till flygplatsen. God och variation på frukosten. Trevligt bemötande.

Hotel is goed, ligt alleen in de middle of nowhere en er is niets om heen!
