Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Always a smile and a kind word. Eager to help. Room 118 was not properly cleaned at check in. And housekeeping was poor throught the 4 night stay. Floors not swept or vacuumed, bathroom barely attended to. In-room suppies sometimes got restocked and sometimes they didn't - inconsistent and sloppy. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and neat. The room was very uncomfortable. The bed had only a two inch mattress and there only chair in the room was a straight back desk chair, like a banquet hall chair. By the time i left, my back was quite sore. |

The hotel is very central and convenient for all the shops and restaurants yet close to the river and pleasant walks. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room clean and comfortable. We would definately stay at the hotel again but next time we would request a quiet room at the back of the hotel rather than overlooking the street. The weekend diners/clubbers in the town centre tend to be very noisy in the small hours as they stagger homewards. |

Nicely located hotel and easily accessible. Not too far from the railway station. We we're on a trip with two motorbikes and found parking space right in front of the hotel. Very good value for the money, at least during weekdays. |

Reasonable value for money No one in attendance at breakfast. Difficult to get hold of staff especially at breakfast. Reception often on mobile phone. |

Ett enkelt hotell utan lyx sover man bra på också Elementen var inte luftade, TV utbudet var sämre än grundutbud utan dekodrar hemma,frukosten var i enklaste laget |

Beliggenheten var veldig bra og personalet hyggelige og imøtekommene. Et billig hotell. Senga var ikke no særlig god å ligge i, vi våknet begge med vondt i ryggen etter en natt! Det var også masse spindelvev i taket og det gir jo ikke no spesielt godt inntrykk.... |

Bra rum för pengarna. Rummet var lite kallt och det var inte speciellt praktiskt med barnvagn eller om man har rullstol med trappor till hiss och liten hiss. Står beskrivet om en restaurang men det fanns det ingen. |

Det bästa av allt var priset. Vi valde just ert hotell pga detta. Dessutom låg det mycket centralt. Rummet var välstädat och fint och sängarna var jättebra. Det enda som jag kan slå ned på var i så fall frukostbuffén. Jag betalade 85 kr för denna medan min flickvän valde kaffe och fralla för 30 kr. Det fanns i princip bara mackor och lite flingor, det var inte så mycket mera att välja på. Ingen äggröra, inga korvar, inga köttbullar, ingen bacon, kort sagt inget hotell för Engelskmän mao. |

Duktig personal. Närheten till city och naturomgivningar. Bokningen via internet gick smidigt. 85:- för en frukost som inte har varm mat är lite för mkt i min smak. Satsa på bättre frukost. |
