Convenient. Value for the money. No coffee during the day - the clerk on duty was willing to make some. No coffee made during the day.

1.The carpet in my room was dirty and old. 2.I would suggest to give some kind of training to your staff...I' M not willing just to say something negative but as you probably know, if a busness want to succeed it must pay attention to unsatisfied customers. I will just give one of the mistakes made: one morning as I steped in to have my break fast, here is the rude question I received: " Did you pay for your break fast?" You don't need to be raised in a royal castle to know how to ask your host questions about money...sure enough everything was payed in advance but I felt stupid, disgraced in front of my son...

Good inexpensive clean room. About 20 minutes from the Metro to downtown. Worked fine for us. Internet is not free in the room. Only at a lobby terminal. A little rough area, wouldn't be alone outside at night.

The room was very big for an ibris The room was the worst we have stayed in with this hotel chain. The window Handel was broken and when closing the curtain the rail fell down. The bathroom was not as clean as ibris usually is.

Vcelku dobré dopravné spojenie ku medzinárodnému letisku v Arlande a k centru mesta v Stockholme. Zatiaľ všade ,kde som si urobil rezerváciu,tak táto bola spojená priamo s platbou cez kreditnú kartu,ale tu som zistil ,že sa požaduje na mieste nanovo platba,a tá pôvodná platba z bydliska bola len ako garancia.Takže som mal obavu,či nedošlo ku duplicitnej platbe.

Vill egentligen inte racka ned på ett sjunkande skepp, men vad kan man säga om ett "hotell" I ett industriområde bakom Tensta. -"Say no moore", säger allt. Sorry!

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gebreken op de kamers (wij verbleven daar als groep): ramen die niet open konden omdat de klink ontbrak, televisies die het niet deden, lampen die niet werkten, douchegordijn ontbrak.
