Low cost and comfortable

Could do with an upgrade, rooms looked tired

The hotel was close to the conference hall which was very convinient

Because I didn't know that i had to hang the label outside to clean the room, I didn't had for 5 days clean towels.I asked the reception twice, but the room was not cleaned after that.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Near Conference centre

Quiet.Tasty breakfast.

No hotel feeling. No staff visible.Hard to find the restaurant.

1)I booked 3 rooms for three persons (my confirmation confirmed this). Upon arrival they had only arranged one reservation and the check in process was delayed (my colleagues were then placed in an adjacent building to me). 2)My room was not clean. The basin in my bathroom was full of long black hair. 3)On departure the reception staff caused a computer fault so I had to leave without my receipt

receptionens öppet tid under helg är för kort.

Allt var bra. Nära till Ullevi som var vårat mål samt gångavstånd till Liseberg,city och centralen.

Nej.Saknade kanske ett rökrum. Men helt ok att gå ut och röka.

The location is close to the central station and is in quite street. The room is comfortable and has cooking facilities.

Mkt bra läge o ok standard

Dålig info om hur man fick tag på nyckel. Fanns ingen personal eller tillgång till kiosk. Fick ej någon info om detta.

Tross att hotellet liger i nærhetten av E6, var det lite støy i rommet. Restauranten liger bra i 6:e etasje med fint utsikt. Det var bra utvalg av mat til frokost.

Komplisert å komme in i på søndagen.

Kävely etäisyys Valhallabadettiin ja ydinkeskustaan. Isot huoneet. Buffet aamiainen erittäin hyvä.

keittomahdollisuudet erittäin huonot. Kaksi keittolevyä huoneessa, mutta ei liesituuletinta eikä keittiötarvikkeita ruuanlaittoon. Jääkaappi hyvä. Ilmastointi huoneessa ei toiminut, huoneessa kuuma. Aamiainen voisi olla aikaisemmin.
