Best Western Kom Hotel  

Central location, helpfull staff, clean room, tranquile location, good breakfast. Clean city, nice people.

The Breakfast was very good.

The gym ours were very inconient. We usually want to exercise in the morning or night. But the gym opened at 11m and closes at 5pm. The shower box also need something to separate to avoid water run and wet the whole bathroom. If we need to use only the sink later, it was all wet.

The room was very not good, the wash room did not had working lock. Booking.com did not had the Pics of the room we picked.If pics were available, would have not booked the room. Room had a bad ambience,looked like a room in a cellar.

Everything is good: location, room, breakfast.

Good conditions, location is rather comfortable, there is a free garage for cars or bikes if you want to rent them. Coffe and tee are avaliable 24 hours.

There is a cemetery (kirkyard) in 50 meters from the hotel walls! it is clean and small, probably very old, at the foot of beautiful cathedral, but I guess that it is a reason of strange energetics.

The room is quite big and very confortable. Also the bathroom. It is located close to metro stations and you can go walking from the hotel to the most important atractions of Stockholm city such as Gamla Stan. It is also close to the Central Station. There is always tea and coffee free in the lobby and in the afternoons there are cookies. Breakfast is very good with high variety. Personal friendly and helpful. Wireless connection is free and works vey good. I recommend this hotel and I would return if I stayed again in that city.

The only thing is that we asked for a double room with one big bed but they gave us 2 separate beds that were put one next to the other.

Hotel is very cosey and have a nice homely feeling. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Location together with a reasonable price

The gym in the basement wasn't that great. No treadmill. Sauna was not well maintained. Looks as if it is turned on and cleaned, but falling apart. On top of that no showel in the bucket and a metal bucket. Didn't have gloves so it was a challenge. It was hot! Similar conditions in the ladys sauna. Understand that you source in this but it was not a fjäder I hatten.

Location - close to Stockholm center. Good breakfasts.

Poor location.Taxi driver had no idea where the hotel was. Building going on around hotel. No view whatsoever. Our window looked onto a wall about 40 centimetres away. Absolutely overpriced for what was delivered.

Good location

The price was for a 5-star hotel, yet this is a 3-star hotel.

The small bottle of water in the fridge I was very thirsty through the night and this was a very touch. It is the small things that count once all the essentials are taken care of.
