Perfectly located: 20 mins away (by foot) from the Central Station, 15 mins from the City Centre and 10 mins from the Technical University. The rooms are quiet and functional, and the staff very efficient. Probably above the average price/quality ratio in this area of Stockholm.

At peak season for tourism (summer), the breakfast room is crowded all the time, therefore access to the food requires a bit of patience. But the offer is wide enough. It is more a family hotel than a business hotel, don't expect to find slippers, shoe sponge, etc. Usual things you get for the same price in most European capitals.

the hotel is within a short walk to the city centre and public transport and although not cheap, quite reasonable for Stockholm. Staff were helpful and room comfortable and clean. Nearly all major sights are within walking distance so we hardly used public transport. Breakfast was also very good for a 3 star hotel.

although hotel is situated in a quiet area, you can still hear cars, etc outside. On the first night some works were being carried out in the vicinity and we couldn't sleep till 1 a.m. we didn't complain because it didn't happen again. maybe windows could be double glazed.

Hotel is under renovation - very noise (from 8.00 - 17.00), smell :( I hope after all will be fine.

The price was for a 5-star hotel, yet this is a 3-star hotel.

The staff is excellent!!

1) The elevator does not ding when one arrives on the prenoted floor. 2) No amenities in the room. No shampoo, no shower cap, no moisturizing lotion. These are things I expect from any hotel room at any price let alone one of 200€. 3) The elevator door does not open automatically to easy entry and exit with bags and baggage. 4) Not asked if I prefered a smoking or non-smoking room. As much as I enjoyed Stockholm I was disappointed by the lack of concern for the necessities of traveling and especially traveling alone. I'm an American citizen and maybe I expect to much but my travels in Europe have not, till now, let me down.

Despite of our reservation for parking space, we could not use to hotel parking due to overbooking.

Good sized room with powerful shower, not too noisy and helpful staff. Gym facilities were excellent for a Hotel with half dozen cardio machines, half a dozen strength machines and really good sized free weights area....but rather let down by the summer opening hours of 8am to 2pm - useless! Good continental breakfast with ok seating area

Slightly weirdly my room was across the road from reception(2 buildings), opening hours of gym during the summer of 8am to 2pm was not helpful. No tea and coffee in the room although a machine in the reception area...so would have to leave the building I was in to get one. No mini bar although there was complimentary bottles of carbonated water in the room.

Breakfast was fresh and wide choice. Bed was excelent, pillow medium size and medium soft (I love it), if needed another pillow and blanket are in closet. Air in room do not smell after detergents :) hotel placed in a silent street, but 1 min to shopping/transport
