I was participating in meetins in the Ministry of Agriculture in Sweden and in Riksdagen, the location of the hotel was very suitable and after the meetins it was comfortable to stay in the hotel in the wonderful Gamla stan! The only problem was some apathy in rom service, mostly around new coffee cup after using of the older one, a new shower gel after the older is finished and things like that. |

A good breakfast, the bathroom was very clean and modern, and the room was light.The building itself was wonderful, filled with antiques, with a lovely marble/mirrored staircase. They first offered me a tiny room, which was stiflingly hot, at the top of the building, with no view and no window, only a tiny skylight that looked straight up.I had to request a change, and then wound up in a room with a window that looked across at a wall. I paid too much for that. |

very close to habour where you can take very pleasant walks to see all the beautiful boats, hotel staff is very freindly and helpful, room is very unique over 500 years and decorated with all the ancient boats, in the center of the town. |

A quirky style with individual rooms with different antiques in all of them and if you are a single woman traveller, you get a delightful "goodie basket." Staff are great and the hotel is on Gamla Stan, my favourite part of Stockholm. I would always stay here as first choice when in Stockholm. |

The staff were very helpful,the locatation ideal for tourists,the breakfasts more than adequate and the decor full of character Our first room, Room 10,had no shower or outlook,looked tired and like t he breakfast room was far too warm .A bit short of storage space |

The friendly staff and their prompt response to enquiries; willingness to help and make guests feel at ease; lovely display of furniture on every floor and great location. Lack of good sound-proofing material; disrupted sleep during the night as I could hear the sound of door opening and closing loud and clear. |

The location was perfect, close to all historic sites in the old town, the hotel is small and unique, with all the antiquities collected by the owners, it has a lot of character. The rooms need some renovation, like carpeting and some furniture. |

Trivsamt hotell med bra läge. Mycket personlighet i hotellet jämfört med andra sterila hotell. Jag gillar inte att:1 ange numret på kreditkortet. ange det en gång till vid incheckningen 3 visa det ännu en gång när man signerar sluträkningen. andra hotell räcker med att ange numret en gång. |
