The friendly staff and their prompt response to enquiries; willingness to help and make guests feel at ease; lovely display of furniture on every floor and great location. Lack of good sound-proofing material; disrupted sleep during the night as I could hear the sound of door opening and closing loud and clear. |

It is charming hotel with most the comforts you need when you are travelling, as well as a few unexpected surprises such as the ladies basket, antiques and antiquities. |

The location was perfect, close to all historic sites in the old town, the hotel is small and unique, with all the antiquities collected by the owners, it has a lot of character. The rooms need some renovation, like carpeting and some furniture. |

Charming hotel, excellent location, old fashioned in a positive way, small but beautiful bathroom with floor heating. Towels were not changed often enough. I once found an unclean one, neatly folded as if clean. |

Friendly desk staff. Extraordinary location, adjacent to the Royal Palace, on the "old town island". Beautifully decorated room, featuring local antiques. Immaculately clean bathroom and facilities. We would definitely stay here again! We liked everything about it. |

It's a very cozy hotel, you feel very comfortable and it's like a ship museum :-) My room was very nice right on the roof with a nice window with views over the sky. If you are a woman, you will get a nice basket with nice things. Although it should be a very nice thing, when I was in my room I heard the clock of the church, every quarter and hour, I was very tired and I slept anyway, but it could be an inconvenient. Next time I will ask for another different room. |

Le mot de bienvenue accompagnant le panier-cadeau à l'intention des "ladies, women or girls who checked in alone". C'est une intention fort appréciée, contrairement à d'autres hôtels où souvent une très petite chambre donnant sur l'arrière cour est réservée aux "célibataires". L'atmosphère "cosi" et accueillante, renforcée par le mobilier en bois peint et autres objets anciens. L'absence de disponibilité d'un ordinateur relié à internet.L'absence de connection tv à cnn et tv5. L'horaire tardif du petit-déjeuner le Samedi matin, alors que nous sommes à Stockholm pour une réunion scientifique pour laquelle nous devons partir de l'Hôtel à 8h juste. |

La chambre est très jolie décorée avec des petites accessoires gaies et avec beaucoup de goût. L'hotel se trouve en pleine ville et est très bien entretenue. Ils ont une petite surprise en plus, pour les femmes voyagent seule, une idée très sympa aussi. |

Lady Hamilton oli aivan upea kokemus. Hinta oli toki aika korkea, mutta rahoilleen tunsi todella saavansa vastinetta. Koko ilmapiiri oli fantastinen ja henki vanhaa tunnelmaa. Henkilökunta oli todella iloista, ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Sekä huoneet että yleiset tilat olivat mahtavasti sisustettuja. Kaikki vanhat esineet vain lisäsivät tunnelmaa. Sijainti ei olisi voinut olla parempi. |
