Our room was clean and quiet. We loved the heated towel bar in the bathroom. We especially appriciated the helpful staff. They really made our stay enjoyable.

It was a little dificult to identify as the sign on the building was different than the name we had been given on our reservation. It really didn't look like a hotel from the street.

The deck clerks were superb, well-informed and very friendly.

We could not get a double bed.

Clean premises. Location very near the central station (10 minutes by walking) Staff very nice and friendly. Good breakfast.

The hotel's location is strategic. The reception is good and helpfull. The rooms is nicely decorated, with a cute teddy bear on the bed. The breakfast is good as well.

On our 1st morning, we heard a very noisy sound from the surrounding. Looks like somebody doing renovation on the building. We call the reception to help looking for the source, unfortunatelly it was from the adjacent building. So, nothing they can do. But on the 2nd day there were no more noise. So, it's just a matter of luck. Other thing, although the location to the metro is close, but there's a stairs to go to the hotel. So if you bring a lot of baggages, be prepared! But none of all this things really disturb our nice stay and good impression on the hotel itself.

Extremely well located in a quite area just in one of Stockholm´s up-coming shopping and coffee areas. Well appointed rooms, with required amenities such as fridge bar, kettle, complimentary coffee and tea, hair-dryer and umbrellas.Breakfast could be a notch better few fruit selection.

The heating system made the air too dry.

We stayed in a "Superior Room" with our son 0.5years. The room was large and very nice. Close to shopping areas. And one big advantage was that the hotel had a parking garage for a decent price.

Absolutely everything was lovely. The shower in particular was very nice and powerful (the downfall of many hotels!) The staff were really helpful and friendly, the breakfast was lovely and we really liked the choices of foods, and the little touches like the teddy bear and umbrellas and the little uniqueness of each room was a real winner! It was also very good that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel to collect later in the day when we were leaving. I've not seen this offered before but it's a wonderful idea and makes arranging transport so much easier. Many thanks for our wonderful weekend.

The only thing I can possibly think of is that the teabags in the room weren't replaced for a couple of days so we had to wait until breakfast but it wasn't really a big deal.

The location was very convenient to me, breakfast was fine, internet worked well.

There was (few times during 4 days) sudden high noise somewhere close. The room was rather dim.

It was the cosiest room ever!!! and not only the room, but the whole place. It was great to have hot tee in the room. good location, very quiet and not far from everything.

They did not have real butter for breakfast!!! just some salty spread:((((( it was a real disaster!!!

The decoration of the rooms was very nice and unique. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast is included, which is a good thing. The breakfast buffet had a large range of choice.

Free internet in the lobby, extensive breakfast, clean room, less than 10 min to the center, grocery is nearby, sweet, but not as much as on photos

Great and very helpful staff, clean rooms, cozy environment, good location and esay to reach nearby metro stations and ~15 min slow walk to t-centralen.
