Receptionist exctionally helpful and a very nice person room very tasteful and making you feel at home

Bedside lamps out of order, intenrnet access didnt like me

Absolutely everything was lovely. The shower in particular was very nice and powerful (the downfall of many hotels!) The staff were really helpful and friendly, the breakfast was lovely and we really liked the choices of foods, and the little touches like the teddy bear and umbrellas and the little uniqueness of each room was a real winner! It was also very good that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel to collect later in the day when we were leaving. I've not seen this offered before but it's a wonderful idea and makes arranging transport so much easier. Many thanks for our wonderful weekend.

The only thing I can possibly think of is that the teabags in the room weren't replaced for a couple of days so we had to wait until breakfast but it wasn't really a big deal.

Really enjoyed my trip...fab location & V.comfortable. Lots of lovely restaurants about :) Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Charming quiet Hotel.

It was the cosiest room ever!!! and not only the room, but the whole place. It was great to have hot tee in the room. good location, very quiet and not far from everything.

They did not have real butter for breakfast!!! just some salty spread:((((( it was a real disaster!!!

Strange smell along the corridor.

When we arrived at the reception we still needed to change some euros to make the payment. There was a very rude "lady" called Sirkku who treated us like criminals and did not assign us our room, even if she had anyway our credit card as deposit. It was not just what she said, but how she said it. Surely the hotel has a policy, but I'm sure also that clients should be respected. We travel often in different countries and we have never been offended in such a way. The bathroom was really tiny and the basin was litterally in the entrance to the shower cabin. The breakfast was lacking on the sweet side.

Warm and homely atmosphere. Very friendly stuff. An excellent breakfast for my liking ( a full continental breakfast was not provided, however the hotel served multiple varieties of cereals, cold meats, cheeses with huge selection of teas and juices also provided. We also found a selection of vitamins provided for these who needed some energy). What I liked the most about this hotel…… I guess this warmth and homely feeling which you do not find in other big hotels. I felt more like at home then in hotel – absolutely loved it!!!!!

The hotel is located near the center of Stockholm and just next to the main shopping street. The interior design of the hotel room was lovely and there was also a teddy bear waiting for us on the bed (eventhough one has to pay for it if you want to take it home). The breakfast buffet was just delicious. Besides of having traditional swedish things you can also find international breakfast food.

Excellent hotel. Will definitely try to stay again when next time in Stockholm. The "mix" evening is an excellent initiative, which we have thoroughly enjoyed.

A small gem: central location but very quiet, good bed, wifi free and fast, very good breakfast buffet and above all extremely friendly staff who obviously enjoy working there and create a cosy, social atmosphere.
