The rooms were not huge but very comfortable, though the bathrooms were a little spartan. Breakfast nice and staff friendly and helpful. |

To be honest, the moment I walked into the hotel, I was in a panic because it looked like a low income housing project. This portion of the hotel is the annex to another hotel next door. I didn't realize it at first, but you check in at the lobby of the other hotel. The other hotel looked so much nicer and I was upset we weren't staying in it. BUT - Once we took the elevator to the floor we were staying on (the first few floors are not part of the hotel), the hotel was really nice! The room was actually perfect for us. We were traveling with a small child and the room had one double bed and a single bed. There is even a small kitchenette! The room was clean and very nicely decorated. You can't judge a book by the cover! We stayed for two days. One of the reception staff was very unhelpful, which was very frustrating. |

Almost everything at the hotel was very well arranged. The room was perfect and clean, shower and bathroom were convenient, access to the room was through another entrance, but easy and location was very convenient to attend my business meetings. TV was not working for 2 days and the girl at the reception was not able to do anything about it. |

Good location, clean room, friendly front desk (did not try breakfast), plenty of towels and pillows, seemed to be one of the most inexpensive places in the area. Lack of 24 hour desk was slightly inconvenient (closed 11 pm to 7 am) ; seemed like it could have been a major problem when they needed to change the code, if I hadn't come back to the hotel when it was open. |

The hotel is well located. It is right next to the street where you can find good cafes and restaurants. It is a good walk to the central station so going around is easy. From the hotel, you can also just walk going to the Royal Palace, old town and other tourist attractions. The bathroom in our room has only a shower curtain with nothing to prevent the water from spreading on the whole bathroom floor. I mentioned this to the hotel staff and learned that they're already putting a box on each shower but hasn't reached our room yet. The situation is not that bothersome so overall, it is still a great value for your money considering how expensive the accomodations are in Stockholm! |

Great location. Quiet. Modern and well appointed. Expensive parking in hotel - better to park on street as it's free from 1700 to 0900. |

Back pocket hotel is a good place to stay. City center and T-station is near by and the avenue down the corner is great for a morning coffee. |

I was pleasantly surprised that some of the negative reviews I had read before, especially regarding unfriendly staff, did not match the reality. In fact, I found staff to be very friendly and helpful. |

Location, it was just a 10min walk into the main centre of Stockholm. And the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Modern, new and clean. |

My room was actually in the adjacent hotel (Lilla Radmannen) but they looked the same. Good value for money, clean, easy access to transportation (T-bana Radmansgatan), restaurants and shopping streets but still in a quiet area, frigde and kettle in the room Bathroom was quite small, some plugs did not work, no free WiFi |

Clean room, fairly central, value for money The hotel reception (next door) closes at 23.00. I notified the hotel of our late arrival by email and I also phoned them. I was assured everything would be ok and given instructions on how to get into our room, but when we got there we found it occupied by someone else. After various telephone calls,we had to take our luggage to another hotel, and then get back to the Bakfickan the following morning. I still think the hotel is good value for money, but if you you are going to get there after 23.00, don't bother. |
