Loved the amenities. The bed and room were large and very comfortable. Breakfast being included was amazing... Very tasty.
We loved the novelty of staying on a boat, it's not often that the opportunity is available. It was beautifully furnished as well as providing an excellent breakfast buffet in the morning.
Location was OK, not far from the city.
I was there in October and both rooms and public areas were really cold. I did not like the fact that chack in was after 3pm and check out already at 11am. I do not think its nice...
A great experience to sleep on this historic ship.
Restaurant was closed for the season by mid September.
very cool concept，great breakfast with good location， only 7mins to central station and nordstan. living in an amazing real ship beside the sea at Goteborg is a fantastic experience！staff are nice and helpful.hope i could stay longer
no soap in bathroom is a little strange.没香皂或洗手液
Great location , wifi good . The staff are very helpful . Breakfast very good . Right next to the ferry terminal and a a easy / pleasant walk to the railway and shopping areas .
City Centre Location Its a boat! nice and simple bathrooms excellent breakfast included
Cool ship, we had a big room
Wifi didn't work we learned about a hour of checking in and they knew it didn't work and didn't want to change our room even though the place was empty . Windows don't open
beautiful sea view at night. friendly staff very clean
breakfast less varieties compare to hotels with the same price
This hotel was really great - the cabins were spacious and new and the beds really comfortable.
We couldn't get a proper wifi signal in our room and several other guests had the same issue - the hotel should invest in some wifi signal extenders.
We loved the quirkiness of staying on a schooner, and thought it had been converted beautifully to a hotel. Our room was really comfortable.
Great shower and bathroom products
Good location and hotel is a bit different.
The rooms are so basic and no wardrobes. Also the restaurant and bars were closed so our spend at this hotel was just for the room. I should have booked at the Clarion near Central station in hindsight.
As we were stopping over in Gothenburg for a day on the way to Stockholm this was ideal. It is close to the station, reasonably priced (there was a promotional offer) and breakfast was included. The room was excellent with comfortable beds, and was a good size. There were complimentary bottles of water in the room, and there were also tea/coffee making facilities near reception. Breakfast was continental style and there was a good, varied selection of food available. Ideally located if you need to catch a train in the morning, although perhaps not quite central enough if you're staying for a few days in Gothenburg.
Difficult to fault, however the restaurant was closed when we visited.
Staff were brilliant Location Price Quality of rooms Cleanliness
Nothing! In fact we liked it so much we stayed a few extra days
Just an amazing hotel. Loved the cabins, great breakfast, perfect location. I wish I could return!
The atmosphere, the location is superb and the decoration is fantastic!
The only thing I can say I didn't like was that unfortunately during our stay the deck was closed for some works and we could not enjoy it.
Having stayed in really budget places for the rest of our holidays in Sweden, we decided to spend our last night in style (I knew this hotel from my previous trip to Göteborg a few months earlier)! My partner and I are vegans and we had super tasty Oatly milk and yoghurt waiting for us for breakfast which was awesome. Stuff was nice, interior great, top deck open.
Wifi signal was absent in our room because apparently it was a little too far from the source.
Lovely room, nicely decorated. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Close to the railway station.
A bit far away from restaurants especially out of season when a lot of the boat and harbour restaurants close.
- Location pretty close to the city centre - Well equipped rooms (hair dryer, TV, seats) - Breakfast, even with vitamin tablets ;) - Tea and coffee provided for free in the lounge - Free WiFi in the public areas - We asked for a double bed and got it! :D - City map for free
- Small non-openable window (ok, its a ship...) - Bad ventilation in bathroom
The boat is great, we had a walk around and it is great. The view from the deck is unique. It is a good option if you are looking for something different and for short breaks. Breakfast is good
Beds were unconfortable.
Unique location to stay, in the center of Goteborg, friendly staff, nice extended breakfast, and the deck is beautiful (ask to take a look in the evening). Clean bedroom and bathroom.
Super breakfast And a good price Had THE best ceasersalad ever at THE Rut restaurant!
No barh but a shower!
The best hotell i even visited in sweden, at this last minute the cheapest, but with great standard
The door didnt lock, it was open when i woke up
Location, unusual experience and a very comfortable stay.
Would have liked it more had the restaurant been open
