Nothing really, simply perfect!
Amazing view from the restaurant, good service, free breakfast.
Moldy, smelly bathrooms, paper thin walls means you hear neighbors on each side and on top. Breakfast pretty much just toast and cereal.
Great location near to the old part of town. Room was 'cosy'. Made a change from the usual cheap rooms. Strange menu for dinner. Great breakfast. Hard working and helpful staff
No Wi Fi in my room
Bed was comfy, lovely view from window, warm room even when it is now winter, very clean, lounge was really nice with board games to play, diverse breakfast and secure - front door always locked. Near to München Bryggeriet.
Bathroom would need somekind of tool to dry the floor with after shower.
The view! Also convenient for city centre and main station. Two Metro stations in easy reach. Ample and varied breakfast.
Not a problem for us, but guests need to be aware that this is a real boat and so has fairly small cabins.
Staff was very friendly and hotel was well located.
The bed was not very comfortable and got bit at night. Don't know if it was bed bugs or not.... Room wasn't very clean.
Good view, friendly staff, and much better than I'd expected. I'd stay there again. The breakfast was very good and filling too - didn't need to eat much for lunch afterwards.
Incredibly helpful staff, excellent breakfast (more than we expected)
No tea/coffee facilities, the ship requires some renovation
The position, the friendly staff, the sailor spirit of the hotel and the upstair seaview bar.
The staff are helpful. The breakfast was good. I would recommend. Would definitely come back.
The rooms are slightly small.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
We arrived to find the main door locked and the instructions weren't clear how to get a human to check us in. I had to go into the restaurant that's part of the ship to find a staff member. The "hotel" is understaffed and the owners are cheap, as we were told by one employee, so the restaurant and hotel share staff members. Our room was the size of a coffin. The had a double room for 2 people but the bed was barely larger than a twin. My friend and I had to sleep head to toe. The bed took up 3 walls barely leaving space to walk from the bed to the bathroom. My friend tried to shower but it was only spurting out boiling hot water no matter what we tried. We got a staff member to see what the problem was but she couldn't fix it so she called a handy man who was there in 30 minutes and fixed the problem. The room had a small porthole which dripped all night on my friend. We had been sleeping better than expected when we were awoken in the middle of the night by loud, drunk people coming back to the room next to us. Paper thin walls on the ship. It was then we decided we'd only be staying at this place for 1 night instead of 3. We paid in advance and were not able to get a refund for the 2 nights. The boat cost $100 a night and was so not worth it. They should be paying people to stay there.
The feeling of an Old ship
Beds were very uncomfortable - very noisy as other guests came and went
Staff excellent and let you very comfortable with everything. The ship/hotel experience was very good. Great location and nice view to the neighbour island.
Didn't have any down side. Could mention the bedroom size but as it was a ship cabin wasn't expecting a massive place. Nice and cozy
From the 'upper deck' (where you have breakfast) there is a wonderful view of Stockholm. There is a nice lounge area with seats and sofas. The location of this hotel is perfect and you can walk to the city center and the nearby Monteliusvagen. The staff was very friendly. We just loved our stay.
The room is small with a low ceiling and the bathroom is small as well. Because of the nice lounge area upperdeck the smalle room was no problem for us.
This is a unique experience, and that's what counts in my mind. The rooms are tiny, and so then, so are the beds and the bathrooms and showers. It's a boat, not a hotel. I think the reviews on here complaining about the room size and bathrooms are silly, that's not the point of this place. The restaurant, bar, and breakfast are great, and so is the general atmosphere of the place. Very cool experience and highly recommended.
This place is great. Perhaps a little hard to find if you are brand new to Stokholm, but once you are there it's like being on a cruise in your room and very easy to get to the old town.
Great views from the cabin rooms and bar/café, and friendly staff!
Breakfasts could have more variations. And bathroom smell is sometimes evident as the room is very small (but understandable as it's a cabin)
At least we got to change room.
It was... Very budget. It was alright for a night.
This is a lovely place to stay. I suspect we had the cheapest room on the boat and we were definitely low down and dockside, but it mattered not. The room was clean and warm and the cosy bar upstairs had spectacular views of the old town. The outside seating area must be gorgeous in summer and it was still lovely for a brief visit even in the snow. Very nice hotel in a great location.
There were great views from the boat.
We struggled to get into the reception initially and had to be let in by a cleaner (midday). In doing so we had to climb over a hoover to get to front desk. The staff were friendly up in check in but the next day they were rude and unaccommodating. The hotel was in desperate need of a fresh in up (such as paint.....). No curtain for our port hole and we were on the land side so anyone could look into our room. Breakfast was unimpressive and the restaurant was poor.
Friendliness of the staff
Furnishing and bathrooms somewhat ripped, but good enough for the prize.
I really enjoyed my stay here, the location was amazing and the room very comfortable and clean. I can understand why some people don't like this place but it's a boat so the rooms are going to small but the view is great and the room warm and cosy. This is quite a basic room, no TV, no tea and coffee and no bath. But that being said the wifi works well, you are welcome to sit in the bar and relax and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The old town is an easy walk, as is the hipster part of Stockholm. Breakfast was nice and the resturant/bar was a lovely place to start the night. I had a great stay and can't wait to go back in summer.
This place could be awesome with just a few tweeks, tea and coffee in the room and maybe water and a glass, toilet paper was poor as was the soap.
The location is amazing, the room had shower and toilet. Cheap way to stay in the city center.
I didn´t expect much for the money I´ve paid, my room was very tiny, old and shabby. So if you are looking comfort, probably you wouldn´t like the hotel. The only thing I really didn´t like was the breakfast. There barely was anything to eat.
The staff were really friendly and happy to help. As some people mentioned, the rooms are on the small side but very comfortable. The bar area is a lovely place to sit and the food and drink is very reasonably priced.
It would have been good to have a hair dryer but it wasn't really a problem!
The room and the staff.
The toilet room smelled bad.
