It was clean.
It's weird getting your key at a 7-11 while people are paying for gas. It is really for people staying in the area working. There were strange cooking smells and the windows wouldn't open to let in fresh air. It must be an old office building because there were a dozen outlets to plug in computers. The price was fair.
While there might be a few cheaper hotels, I would suggest LongStay hotel. - I work from my computer so internet is a must wherever I go, they had cable on the room/100Mbit connection (Amazing and no downtime). - Was calm most of the day - Had laundry which came handy - Metro might be a 10 minute walk, but there is a bus stop (702) very close which you can use to get to the metro and from the metro 30 minutes to center. p.s beds are so comfortable that you don't want to get up when you wake up! If I need to stay close to Stockholm, I will easily choose this hotel.
- If you don't have a room close to the entrance , you won't have wifi, so its always a good idea to bring a laptop or some kind of access point if you want WiFi on your room.
Location - not far from Stockholm, convenient for those who traveling with vehicle. Very reasonable price. Free parking. Small kitchenette. Did not ever meet the staff - check in and out were made at Seven-eleven store at Shell gas station, close to the property
There is no wifi at apartments, Therefore it is better to have mobile internet connection (Comviq for example has wonderful 4G surfing for cheap prepaid plan)
We loved the room. It was very clean, well organised, spacious and comfortable.
The entrance to the building is a bit creepy! The lifts were not functioning properly and they stopped midway through floors, giving you that slight moment of panic!!! The stairways are not well illuminated and if I were travelling alone, I would have been very creeped out!
The facilities were very good for the price we paid and the room was very clean, tidy, reasonably well-equipped and comfortable (though very hot but not much can be done about a heatwave!).
We never really met any staff; those at 7/11, where we had to collect the key from, were not particularly friendly. It was very noisy with a busy depot for lorries in use throughout the night located beneath the hotel, also with locals sat outside talking loudly until very late.
The LongStay Hotel was great place to stay in Sweden. It's rooms are very clean, everything is so tidy. We felt as at our sweet home while staying in there.
Superb value for money - exceptional for Sweden. The location suited me well - 15 minutes by car from the boatyard where my yacht was waiting to be relaunched. Extended my initial 5 days twice by 2 days each time. Room was simple (all IKEA!) but perfectly adequate - also immaculate. Office staff and room cleaners all friendly and helpful.
Good hotel for couple traveller who buy the Stockholm card or SL card. Very crean, large and have everything you need room (kitchen bedroom). And Wifi thay didn't show that they have wifi but the have at the lobby.
Too far from city need 40 min for train ride to Stockholm-C. Especially if you dont buy Stockholm or SL.
I was working in the same building complex so the location could not have been more convenient.
Amenities in the immediate vicinity of the hotel were a bit sparse. But as I was there to work it didn't impact on me
Clean room, comfortable bed and the small kitchenette was sufficient to stay alive! Not that central but what can you expect on a budget. Oh and it has Wifi, which I'm not sure is mentioned in the advert.
Rather nasty smell of urine in the lobby area at times, but not in the room thankfully.
Location, its a appartement like been in a real home
It was not clean and no toilet paper included in price
Location, clearing service
Generaly all ok
No reception and in the store where we colect the keys, they don't have answers for any question we can put. No internet A little bit farway from the public transport...
