Nice hotel, good breakfast, very nice and professional staff, but the mattresses in the bed need some improvement, they were very bad and uncomfortable. If they improved this it will be very good mattresses at the beds

I was upgraded to a lovely spacious room. Beautifully clean. Great for my conference the next day which was close by. Shame the food was just heated up, but very nicely laid out with bread and salad and a cheese plate.

Fint, lugnt o välstädat. Mysig reception med generös miljö. Gratis kaffe , med kakor till. Frukosten var fullskalig med allt man hittar på de stora drakarna, utom pannkakor), men å andra sidan fanns här fruktsallad o det finns inte på alla andra ställen. Saknade en borttagen tvål/flask hållare I duschen, men den har funnits. Saknade även en spegel I rummet. Två I badrummet fanns, men det är att föredra en I rummet, så att man inte behöver vara och trängas I badrummet vid fönande o sminkande, då det kan vara en person till som också vill vara vid vasken.

Närheten till tunnelbana och pendeltåg. Bra, trevlig och fungerande personlig service både vid bokning och vid incheckning, bl a för att lösa vårt behov av frukost före vår avresa långt innan hotellets buffé öppnade. Helt tyst under natten, förvånansvärt bra med tanke på industriområdet runt omkring och pågående vägarbeten. Belysning saknades I rummets pentry. De två sängarna fungerade dåligt som dubbelsäng, gled isär. Bäddningen visade sig på morgonen ha glidit iväg en del på galon(?)underlaget. Prisnivån är något hög jämfört med hotell I centrala Stockholm med dygnetruntbemanning (men cityhotellen har å andra sidan troligen inte samma personliga service som vi fick vid bokningen och incheckningen).

非常に親切な対応でした。駅から徒歩5分以内で、ちょっと歩くと外食ができるレストランや買い物ができるス- ーパーマーケットもありロケーションがよかった。朝食はさすがに4回同じもので飽きましたが、丁寧に作られ- ていておいしかったです。無線LANがあればなお良いと思います。 これはホテルの問題ではありませんが、現在周囲が工事中でやや落ち着かない感じがします。

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Frühstück ist ok. Die Lage in einem Industriegebiet. Für die Lage und Ausstattung des Hotels im internationalen Vergleich viel zu teuer. Habe es nur gebucht, weil im näheren Innenstadtbereich kein Hotel frei war.

Den trevliga personalen och den lite "familjära" känslan. Närheten till tåg och Stockholms centrum. Enda "fadäsen" var att ni hade angett fel gatuadress till hotellet i "booking.com"(Englundsvägen istället för Englundavägen) vilket gjorde ankomsten något fördröjd,men annars är vi helt klart nöjda. Stilrent, snyggt och fräscht! Finfin hotellfrukost! Nära T-banan. Helt klart ett hotell att rekommendera! Dubbelsängen kunde varit bättre..Madrasser som kasar runt är ingen hit, men sköna sängar annars!
