Excellent and very helpful staff at the reception! Good with garage, particularly wintertime.
Terribly difficult to find, even with a GPS! Also difficult to open the garage! Rec. staff had to help twice!! Would be good if you could make it easier!
The bed was OK, staff was OK, but the place is more like a prison than like a hotel.
No restaurant, no acceptable restaurant nearby, in the middle of a residential area. No bar, poor breakfast.
I had a problem to find the hotel even using gps.
Free parking, Wi-Fi, good beds, helpful staff
No restaurant, not able to open windows, A/C
The location is great, you are close of every kind of shops, restaurants (A good Indian restaurant or pizzeria next to the hotel) and you also have a gym club next to the hotel. Everything in the hotel is new.
We stayed for 2 nights and they didn't clean our rooms or put new soap. Everything in the hotel is new but the installation was not finish when we were there so it was inconvenient.
The swedish staff was very friendly and professionell.
The serbian staff was not very competent and rather unfriendly. W-LAN didnt work in room. Room doesn't get cleaned.
Clean room, comfortable bed and perfect Wifi.
No clothers hangers, not even hooks or drawers for clothes. No hair dryer, no shower curtain. Several staff did not speak Swedish. Poor breakfast.
Clean and modern rooms. Free Wifi. Every ten minutes bus shuttle to Slussen.
No dustbin in the bathroom. No shower curtain. No electricity socket in the bathroom. Staff wanted 70 Kronors per day for breakfast on leaving day, booking said 60 Kronors, I paid 60 Kronors.
The location. Buses nearby and a great bakery in the square.
The difficulty to explain where to park your car. There wern't any shower curtains.
The staff could not tell us were to park our car. The receptionist gave us wrong room 3 times and when we found the right it just looked like it was not ready. There were big curtains everywhere except in front of the window at the bed, where you really need shelter. It was a hole in the roof and around the lamps. The receptionist who worked night shift could not speak Swedish. And for some reason the staff started the vacuumcleaner already at 9 in the morning for cleaning. .
