Friendly and helpful staff Spacious and clean room.

I always like the relation Quality/Price and the location in Arsta, just 15 min from the centre

I see that the general Quality level is a bit going down. The most "visible" issue is about the "breakfast". Poor quality food, badly presnted and it is unacceptable that you stay 3 days (3 morning) without Orange juice...Nothing against chinese people but thwy must care more about this, I was not the only one to notice that.

The persons from reception a little bit inflexible the money were charged from card before check in.

The room was clean and very big( four people in a room). Breakfast was decent.Free and safe parking.

The location is not ideal for traveling to town. The facilities are poor ( no air conditioning and the hotel did not have enough fans available). It was almost 30 deg inside. The hotel is very basic.

Value for money. It wasn't in the most scenic venue - but the hotel was at least clean - and included a daily breakfast

It is right next to a huge truck stop/market - very noisy.

I like the price of the hotel, the shuttle service available to the conference and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good with fruits, juice, waffles, ham and two types of cheese, and other variety of food such as scrambled eggs and small sausages.

The hotel was close to the conference, but the shuttle was not available all the time. We had to take a taxi from the train station because we cannot walk to the hotel. Although it is not far from the International Fair, it is dangerous to walk because it is a road for cars only. My friend was allergic, and sneezed all the time because of the room´s carpet. The room was smelly, the frigobar didn´t work. It was hot, and no air conditioning. When we open the window, the view was to the breakfast tables downstairs. No fresh air because it was a closed space.

Absolutely badly located. It was a nightmare to get there!

The staff was wonderful, kind and helpful. Daily free breakfast was awesome! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was quite large by European standards. The design was light and bright with a lounge area, pool table, workout room, etc. I stayed there for three weeks and was quite comfortable. For the price it is well worth it. I would definitely stay again the next time I return to Stockholm! Thanks to all the staff for making me feel so welcome!

Well I don't think I liked it at all!

The location: extremely difficult to get to by public transportation! The breakfast buffet was lack luster in my opinion. I found the employees a tad rude. I don't know I just did not like it at all. I feel like they should put signs up close to the bus stop with arrows where the hotel is otherwise it's nearly impossible to find it. Took me a long time and I used to live Arsta mind you.

greta idea to offer shuttle services to the Congress center during events. It always was in time and at convenient time. We enjoyed also fairly nice breakfast, friendly hotel staff. thanx

Yes, the dinner was not good. There was one or other option. They did not have menu.

Valuta for pengene. Store rom. Har alldrig bodd på hotel, med så store rom..

Det eneste minuset,var at det var et godt stykke til Tog og T Bane..

Vedr. taxakørsel kunne man måske have informeret om de dyre taxaer i Stockholm - ikke dem, hotellet skaffede, men dem man risikerer at hyre på gaden Mad i restauranten (spiste een gang) meget kedelig og ikke flere besøg værd. Værelser ud til Restaurationsområdet under al kritik (vi skiftede værelse efter den første nat) - der er meget støj fra knive og gafler, al lyd går opad, der er larm fra kl. 5 om morgenen, man kan ikke have trukket gardiner fra vinduerne, for alle kan kikke ind, og der er dårlig udluftning. Man kan ganske enkelt ikke være bekendt at give folk de værelser - og det er den primære grund til, at vi ikke vil komme der igen eller anbefale hotellet til andre.

Que la habitacion era bastante grande y comoda, el desayuno correcto y muy tranquilo el lugar.

La señal de wi-fi era bastante mala, y el baño de la habitacion no esta adaptado para personas en silla de ruedas, que es mi caso.

ljudet från vägen, skum infart vid partihallarna, mycket varmt på rummet o det gick inte ändra
