Lovely place, friendly staff

Very expensive breakfast

The location of the hotel is excellent. Staff is wonderful. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The beds are very comfortable (it seemed we slept on white cloud in heaven).

Beautiful furnishings, lighting... It was like staying at a georgeous Scandanavian showroom. Breakfast was exceptional, but pricey.

No bathtub, no working safe, room was quite small...

Great, modern hotel in a good location. The Bar, restaurant and staff were all amazing.

Upon arrival we were automatically upgraded to a bigger room, which was a nice surprise. The staff were very helpful , professional and nice. The room itself was a great size, and the bathroom was big too. most of the tourist locations are in walking distance from the hotel. would highly recommend if you are looking for a great design hotel with a central location.

bar and restaurant in hotel are rather pricey but still very nice.

Location is realy perfect - close to city center and main sightseeings. Small fitness zone is in place.

Rooms were really very small and cramped, no empty space at all. A problem occurred after NY's dinner - we had a confirmation from the hotel about agreed price of 1000 SEC per person, but they charged about 2000 SEC saying that agreed price didn't include wine. After long discussion they agreed on 1500 SEC. The dinner was really aufull, I could eat nothing at all. Breakfast is overpriced and rather poor.

Staff - very polite and the idea that I went to Stockholm to see Swedish House Mafia concert, and SHM were staying in the room beside mine.

Great location. Extremely service minded staff. ( I was traveling alone and on crutches and they went out of their way to assist me, always with a smile). Comfortable beds. Great lounge/bar area that turned out to be a hot spot for the successful and trendy.

it was noisy because the room overlooked the atrium with loud music which I considered not suitable for the establishment , as if in a disco , they could use double glazing and seals on the windows

Rooms are tiny. My walking closet at home is bigger. It was a pantry with a window.

The location is great. The staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. the rooms are big and bathrooms very big and clean (they even have a toilet faucet). Would definitely stay there again.

Decor, comfort,beds turned down & bottled water left in the room in the evening.The shower was massive- lovely to share !Location is fabulous- within walking distance of all the city. Highly recommended.

Our room looked out on an inner Atrium and although it was very beautiful to look at we would prefer a room with an outside window to open- it felt womb like.That said it is a fab hotel.
