Nordic Light Hotel  

This was once a good hotel but it has been deteriorating over the past year. Shelves in wardrobe very dirty. Room had not been cleaned when I returned at 19.00. Shampoo despenser in shower was empty. At breakfast, staff clear used tables, but they do not wipe down or clean the table. I saw several guests cleaning their own table while staff looked on.

The location right outside the Arlanda Express terminal was great.

The hotel was average at best. The design notion is a bit ridiculous - a light filter over track lighting was the "Nordic Light" part of this "design" hotel. The room was definitely standard and nothing more, no take home toiletries (or good ones at that), the beds were not particularly comfortable and the duvets were worn and thin (I have a Hastens at home, and these were the cheapest versions if that). The spa was a tiny sauna and a broken steam shower that was not the least bit inviting, and the breakfast was not included in the already expensive rate. I would recommend staying here only for the location, but to say not to expect a luxury design hotel. I stay in dozens of hotels a year and was disappointed in the reality of this hotel.

Concept of the hotel is very cool.

wii-fi do not work properly

A very clean and in the room I had a very peaceful hotel. I could not here city centre traffic or other guests in the hotel. The wifi was excellent.

Central location, friendly staff, trendy lounge, great cocktails! Loved the mood lights and the Hästens beds in the rooms!

The standard rooms are a bit small, as are the bathrooms and the closets. However, if you're on a short city trip or weekend break, you don't spend much time in your hotel room and you don't have a lot of bagage with you, that should not be a problem.

Specially liked the location of the Hotel. Close up to Central Station, directly in shopping area and night life.

Didn't like the fact that personal was not willing to check us in according to internet prices, since there was a huge difference. Checked in outside via own laptop on the spot. Saved a lot of money!!

Då jag är bl a nötallergiker skulle jag uppskatta en kort info på frukostbordet om innehållet i t ex müslin.

Dårlig personal. Uerfarne servitører til lunsj. Nattvakt i resepsjonen var ikke løsningsorientert, men heller vanskelig.

7 och högsta våningsplan. Inget tryck i duschen och inget innertak i korridoren. Upplevde hotellet som smutsigt då informationstavlan i hissen var otäckt smutsig

Aamiainen oli runsas ja laadukas. Huoneen kirkasvaloherätys plussaa, saatan hankkia kotiinkin.

Perjantai-illan loungebaarin jumalaton meteli dj-musiikkeineen - ei tullut mieleenkään istahtaa alas, jos halusi jutella seurueessa. Kuului myös kerroksiin, ei tosin enää kuudenteen, jonne saimme siirrettyä pyynnöstä huoneemme.
