The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the lightness of the atmosphere and the light in general.

Expensive, but then Stockholm is expensive!

Very convenient location if you travel from the airport to express. Interesting design hotel, good breakfast.

Excellent location

The room did not get cleaned 2 out of 4 days. The trash and bathroom was not cleaned at all during my 4 day stay. After a long business day it is a disappointment to come back to an uncleared room. I will be in Stockholm often, but will have to think twice about staying with you again. This is a pity because the location, room and breakfast are exactly what I want.

Hotel is feeling really old by now. Poor lighting across, breakfast dull, sauna is gone, no way to regulate temperature in the room (thermostat was broken and fell from the wall). Not recommended.

Location Breakfast

Very unfriendly reception staff at arrival, bathroom was not clean, poor room service ( food ) offering, high price for average hotel service. The reception also told us that they leave the rooms dirty untill the next customer arrives and do not directly clean ( as we saw that the day before many rooms on booking.com were still free, but when we arrived they told us to wait untill 15h00 before check-in, as the rooms were still dirty. When we asked why they told us that the rooms often stay dirty untill the next customer arrives , what is not acceptable ).

Breakfast area not so inviting and not logical. Boiled eggs over boiled. Not so good room lighting for work.

Excellent position; clean and noiseless room; good breakfast.

The staff isn't very nice; it's pricey; many 3 stars hotel (I.E. Jurys Inn chain) offer exactly the same standards except a couple of bathrobes); despite of the hotel description here there is not a sauna (it was there in the past a frond desk woman told me)!!!

Location and price

I booked the superior room for our honeymoon. When we got there, they immediately asked us if we wanted to upgrade and we upgraded to a "better room". But the air conditioner in this room was not working and the whole purpose of the lights in the room was lost as they did have a guide or we did not get any help in adjusting those lights!!

Excellent. Good complimentary breakfast, free wi-fi, comfortable rooms and convenient location (especially to Arlanda express!) Plus discount to IceBar at sister hotel across the street. They were able to give us rooms despite that they had no record of our booking.com reservation.

Situation

The furnishing my be the bleeding edge of design, but the bed was really awful. After two nights, we just put the mattress on the floor to made it slightly more bearable.

Excellent. Perfect location, comfortable and clean rooms, very nice bed. Breakfast was amazing and the design of the hotel, especially the lobby, was a nice combination of funky and Scandinavian. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

My guest from Scotland got a room that was not made up; he had to go back to reception to get a new room after very late arrival at 23:00h.

it is less than 100 metres from stepping off the express airport train. The receptionis was very nice and efficient

the single room i booked was very small - but comfortable in any case.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in, so close to the center. Our delux-room was just amazing! With special light-settings, a huge dobblebed we felt we were in heaven. Very nice staff, excellent service and comfort. We can absolutly recommend this hotel!

I requested 2 separate beds in stead of a queen in my booking but upon arrival we were given a queen. After checking with reception two singles were available but only at an price increase and after having checked 3 rooms ourselves as staff did not know which rooms were equipped with what beds. Pretty unprofessional.

Fantastic breakfast (buffet with eggs and continental specialities, but also swedish bread, herrings, ....). Friendly staff (they park your car in their parking). Very good location close to the city centre, railway station, restaurants, shops, ... Nice room with a lot of mirrors (funny!), large bathroom. Minibar in the room.

Quite expensive parking. No way to open the window (to keep the air conditioned), so I was very thirsty during the night.

the theme of lights in the rooms and the overall hotel, the location of the hotel, the interiors of Hindu gods in the hotel. The hotel also provided us with a full size extra bed for our child in a bigger room at no extra cost. This was excellent service.

This was once a good hotel but it has been deteriorating over the past year. Shelves in wardrobe very dirty. Room had not been cleaned when I returned at 19.00. Shampoo despenser in shower was empty. At breakfast, staff clear used tables, but they do not wipe down or clean the table. I saw several guests cleaning their own table while staff looked on.

Ointresserad receptionist. Rummet var inte färdigstädat vid incheckning. Väntetid på rum och ingen kompensation. Litet rum. För få kuddar i sängen.
