The hotel is excellent situated in the middle of the town, close to the railwaystation, metrostation and airportbusstation (Flygbussarna). It is also very quiet, at least the room that I had was very quiet. The breakfast was good, I only had the bad luck to be there when the hotel was fully booked so it happend twice that I lost my seat when I went for a second time to the counter to get more food. I didn't like that I didn't know exactly when they would clean the rooms, so I didn't dare to take a shower during daytime. |

Great location in the heart of Stockholm, extremely convenient to the airport, free high- speed Internet, enough room space and unique experience in the Ice bar, especially in summer improve climate -control and air conditioning system in the rooms |

Location, helpfull friendly staff, free internet in room, breakfast buffet No airconditioning. I understood from internet description there was ac in the rooms, and it was one of my search specifications - there is no ac, just some fresh air system. Although July - we had 3 days of over 30 dregrees celcius and it was very hot in the rooms. |

The hotel has a perfect location for those visitor who would like to do some sightseeing, just being so close to central station makes the location even better. At the same time there is quite a good service, clean rooms and nice breakfast. The safe in the room was not working and I asked to repair it but it was not done during my stay in the hotel, that's the only thing that i did not like. |

The best you can expect from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was the best I have ever had. Internet was not included in the price which I don't mind much but most of the business people will prefer to have Internet for free or may be cheaper than 120 sek per day. I had seven days pack for 240 sek which is a good price. |

Definetely one of the best Stockhom hotels, great location, services and famous Ice Bar at the lobby The hotel wants to authorise the total amount of the living costs at the credit card. For 2 doubles for 1 week it is more than 2300 eur... |

Situation of the hotel was excellent. Only 50 m from Arlanda airport-train. Just middle of the town but the traffic did not disturbe. |
