The situation of the hotel is excellent, right at the Central Station, where the Airport busses and the trains are arrived. The breakfast is really good regarding choise and quality. The room is small, but comfortable and the bathroom was renewed not too much time ago. Overall I liked this hotel, it was a good choise! Not so cheap, but it is an overall issue in Stockholm....1 small issue: it was difficult to get hot water during the breakfast for tea, as it usually run out... |

Kiváló elhelyezkedés (pár lépés a központi pályaudvartól, gyalogos távolság a főbb látnivalóktól). Modern design. A foglalás ellenére nem volt hely a szállodában, ezért "átirányítottak" a szomszédos Nordic Light Hotelbe. Semmi baj nem volt ezzel a hotellel, de az eljárás mégis inkorrekt!!! |

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet had a very wide selection and the food and drinks were excellent. The location of the hotel is great, it's very close to the central station however the traffic noise can't be heard from the room. We paid a very reasonable price for a classy room. I'd recommend this hotel to everybody. We were satisfied with everything. |

The hotel had been overbooked - as a result, I was placed in a shoebox of a smoking room (despite asking for a larger, non-smoking room). Very expensive for what I got, even by Scandinavian standards. |

the staff were wonderful. the free internet was a big help the ice bar wasn't open when we got there and the main reason we were staying there was to see it. Would be good if we could've known that in advance. |

Nice rooms, nice hotel, brilliant location with easy acess to everything, and close to transportationsystem. Maybe the bar should have been placed a bit more 'closed' so you didn't feel like sitting in a public area when nipping to a glass of red wine :) |

Great value for money! Double room express, bunk bed, no window but still very comfortable, clean and nice. Centrally located just close to the train station. The breakfast was just great! Nice big breakfast room with lots to choose between. Tried to call the reception several times without any answer even though there were no guests there. Slightly disappointed with one person in the reception who was not very service-minded. |

It was quite close to most of the sights, did not have to get any transport to anywhere, which saved on costs. It was close to teh station, so did not have to walk too far with lugguage. It did not have a price list for the minibar in the room. |

The room was very calm. I had an executive double so it was spacious; there is free broadband in all guestrooms too. I would prefer blackout blinds in my room, as at certain times of the year daylight hours are long and the sky is bright |

I enjoyed the ice bar a lot and the room was quite clean. The construction going on nearby and there was very little room at breakfast. The receptionist at the ice bar was not really frinedly. |

The hotel is very nice. Good location, nice rooms and helpful staff. The lovely staff even upgraded the room for us without extra charges! The ice bar is so so amazing! The description of the location is not precise and took us a while to find it out. |
