Generalnie wszystko ok, dobra lokalizacja Rzeczywiscie, pokoje typu Standard sa bardzo male, rowniez sala, w której podawane sa sniadania jest niewystarczajaca dla ilosci gosci w hotelu. Widzialem osoby, ktore zeszly po 9.00 na sniadanie i nie mogly znalezc sobie wolnego miejsca przy stolikach. |

Lokalizacja w samym centrum, "niewidoczny" room service, uprzejma i pomocna obsługa, przepyszne i bogate śniadania, czysta i przestronna łazienka, bardzo wygodne łóżko / Location, "invisible" room service, polite and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, clean and spacious bathroom, very comfortable bed Pokoje mogłyby być większe, a Ice Bar czynny dłużej / Rooms could be bigger and Ice Bar could be openned longer |

Najbardziej lokalizacja, blisko do dworca i do starówki. Wybraliśmy pokój bez okna, bo był w niskiej cenie i nie zawiedliśmy się. Był czysty , wygodny i idealny do spania, bo nie dochodziły dźwięki z ulicy. Mogła bybyć większa restauracja. Brakowało miejsc na śniadaniu. |

the staff were wonderful. the free internet was a big help the ice bar wasn't open when we got there and the main reason we were staying there was to see it. Would be good if we could've known that in advance. |

Nice rooms, nice hotel, brilliant location with easy acess to everything, and close to transportationsystem. Maybe the bar should have been placed a bit more 'closed' so you didn't feel like sitting in a public area when nipping to a glass of red wine :) |

Location is great.breakfast is fantastic.i also enjoy the ice bar there. Only the room is very small but is my choice because of price:first night room was not so warm may be their heating system was not working but the second day they fix it: |

Great value for money! Double room express, bunk bed, no window but still very comfortable, clean and nice. Centrally located just close to the train station. The breakfast was just great! Nice big breakfast room with lots to choose between. Tried to call the reception several times without any answer even though there were no guests there. Slightly disappointed with one person in the reception who was not very service-minded. |

It was quite close to most of the sights, did not have to get any transport to anywhere, which saved on costs. It was close to teh station, so did not have to walk too far with lugguage. It did not have a price list for the minibar in the room. |

The room was very calm. I had an executive double so it was spacious; there is free broadband in all guestrooms too. I would prefer blackout blinds in my room, as at certain times of the year daylight hours are long and the sky is bright |

I enjoyed the ice bar a lot and the room was quite clean. The construction going on nearby and there was very little room at breakfast. The receptionist at the ice bar was not really frinedly. |

The hotel is very nice. Good location, nice rooms and helpful staff. The lovely staff even upgraded the room for us without extra charges! The ice bar is so so amazing! The description of the location is not precise and took us a while to find it out. |

Excellent breakfast! Good bed. Very competetive price. Perfect, central location (extremely close to the Arlanda Express airport trains). Nothing major. One of the bedside lamps was broken (and it was not fixed during our stay). An extra chair would have been nice. The breakfast room gets a bit crowded in the later hours (on Sundays). Very spacious for the early eater. |

The hotel is situated next to the Arlanda Express station, very convenient. The rooms are basic but comfortable enough, the staff was friendly. It is a very big hotel with millions of people staying. Breakfast was utterly disgusting, the quality of the food was appalling, as was the area where breakfast was served. We had to go for breakfast somewhere else, even though it was included in the tariff we paid. |
