The hotel was in great position with an underground stop right at the front door and a super market directly below. A range of evening meal options were available at the market with the hotel offering micro wave in the breakfast room and all crockery & cutlery for your use. Also coffee tea & fruit juice are available 24/7 from the breakfast room. Some rooms also have facilities to cook etc. We had a great stay here would recommend to anyone.

The position is excellent, underground station is out of hotel door and all buses to reach the major city places stop at two minutes walk. The rooms are quiet and clean and I appreciated the practicalness. The bus station to Arlanda airport is five minutes walk. Breakfast is good but should be more various.

The location is very familiar and quite central also being very close to family members. The lower breakfast room is pleasant and light and breakfast well arranged and sufficient but it would have been nice to have the choice of hot food as is common in many hotels around the world' Single bedroom bed is far too small. Already in 1959 when I designed Hotel Anglais a single bed was 100 x 210 cms.I Was most kindlyuppgraded to a double room for which I thank you very much.

I liked the fact that you could go to the dining room and have free tea or coffee at any time. The continental breakfast was also substantial. This is a basic and dated hotel but cannot complain as it was good value!

It's easy to travel by Metro station. you can use elevator in front of the hotel . Safe budget for bag packer. It's too small room. Loud songs from bar on the road in front of the hotel make you awake. You must close the window and sleep. Wet and dry zone contaminated in bathroom.

The staff were very nice and helpful and they would be the main reason why I would recommend someone to stay at the hotel. Breakfast was good. Location was also good and just around the corner from the subway, but also in a part of Stockholm with things to see and do as well as offeringe an array of restaurants and cafes. The room which was a 3 bed had only a single bed and double sofa bed which was not comfortable. Seemed a very odd arrangement. Also, shower was not great (could well include some shampoo too).

Loved the free Wi-Fi and the fact that they kept the cafeteria open all day where you can get coffee/tea anytime you want. The cafeteria also had a microwave where you could heat up meals bought at the next-door grocery - great if you're trying to save some money. The hotel was also right next to a subway station.

Poor welcome;lack of communications as the staff speak poor English and are unable to understand a normal query. Limited comfort;breakfast is just acceptable. I didn't enjoy my stay in this hotel(I have a large experience in hotels as I travel several times a year with Booking.com,so I am able to compare various hotel services.

Close proximity to metro ("Odenpan" t bana stop is just outside the hotel). If one likes walking (and weather permits!) it is about 10mins walk to the beginning of Drottninghatan (main shopping paedestrian road) leading to Gamla Stan (consult google map) Coffee and fruit juice available in breakfast room 24 hours. One can also buy food from supermarket just next door to hotel and eat it in breakfast room (hotel staff does not object). Toaster and microwave at disposal of patrons. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Triple room is a bit small, but on the other hand it saves from booking another room which obviously would come more expensive.

It was in close proximity of restaurants, and away from the very touristy part of the city. It appeared to be close to public transportation, although we chose to walk everywhere. The hotel could use some updating. Also, it was a fairly small room and very small bathroom. Nice to see a bathtub, though!

The hotel is located near a Tunnelbana-station. There's a supermarket below the hotel. In the breakfast room you can get coffee, tea and fruit juice all day for free. There's a microwave oven in the breakfast room, which is ideal when you're on a budget. The room was quite hot and the airco produced heavy winds, so you could hardly leave it on when sleeping.

Excellent location, in front of the Odenplan metro. Good value for money, Stockholm is expensive everywhere, the hotel staff is nice but 2 times someone tried to open our room when we were sleeping. Be sure to put a do not disturb warning... Cleaning could be better and the room is very small, beds are not comfortable.

Staff was very helpful. I was allowed to check in at 10.00 in the morning. For Russian speaking visitors they have a Russian-speaking guy and they translated names of food items into Russisn. For Sunday morning they also arranges a separate room for breakfast at 7 floor to provide more space. All was fine for me

Location was very good. Convenient to metro and just a few stops to the centre. A good 45 minutes from the airport with no shuttle but coach from the airport much cheaper and proved a good alternative to the taxi. Bed was sooooo comfortable. Door handle to bathroom came off when we arrived and was never put back on. Who invented the Wetroom and thought it was a good idea at the time? They are a nuisance when the whole bathroom gets soaking wet and only positive point is that you wash the floor at the same time.

Breakfast was relatively good and staff was helpful. The design of the bathroom meant that water would splash all over the bathroom floor whenever one has taken a bath. Would be good if there was a separated bathing area so that the bathroom will still be relatively dry.

The guy who met me^my family at the reception (his name was Zit). He was really helpful and friendly. He answered all the questions and I felt I was appreciated as a guest. Three things (unfortunately): 1. Solution for the double bed in our room - it would be really nice to have extendable sofa instead otherwise it is really difficult to keep two things connected during the night! 2. Very small kitchen with lots of people in the morning at breakfast - long ques, no tables etc. 3. Cleaning stuff - me and my family were waiting for the lift at 7th floor and when it came there was a trolley full of towels with two ladies inside those were going down. It could be ok if they were polite but when my wife tried to open the door one of them screamed "where!" (in Russian) - it sounded really rude and our moode was spoiled for some time.
