This hotel is well removed from the center of Goteburg -- a car is probably needed to stay here. One plus is free parking (an open lot next to the hotel) although secure underground parking is available for a fee. Breakfast was good... Our room was very small, on the top floor, and quite hot. Open windows did not do much to reduce the heat... |

Friendly and helpful staff; impressive air-conditioned garage-cavern (free parking for motorbikes); nice breakfast; clean rooms. Maybe a bit far-fetched, but the bed was only 2m long, so my feet were sticking out. Not a specific problem with this hotel though; it's like this everywhere you go. |

Hotel was easy to find within reach of good public transport - trams and buses. Room was very clean although smaller than I expected for the money. Ample free parking and good internet. Over priced for the room size. Choice at breakfast was poor. Not within walking distance of old town or night life. |

I liked everything about this hotel. I have been here two times and will definitly stay here again. The service is wonderful....a very friendly family staff. The breakfast is lovely and even soup and salad in the evening. Well worth the money. |

Able to change room with no problems to one facing the garden and not main road. Friendly helpful staff. Liked the glass elevator! Pleasant hotel, great value. Good sized room. Free parking outside. Free wireless internet Would have been nice with safe in room |

Home from home! I have to say that my short 4 night stay at the Hotel was excellent. The Hotel is located a little bit of a distance from the centre of Gothenburg but not a problem as the No 60 bus passes by regulary and the speedy taxis were also at hand (although a bit expensive), the comfortable room and facilities more than made up for this though. I found the Staff to be friendly and helpful. Nothing negative! I would have liked tea and/or coffee in my room. But I could get some any time of the day from the reception area. |

The staff was really nice and helpful, there was everyday a new bottle of sparkling water in the bedroom, fruits at disposal downstairs. This hotel is really nice. Well I'm coming from Ireland. In Irish hotels, whether you go to a 1, 2 ... to 5 stars hotel, you always have a kettle and a big selection of teas and coffees plus a few mini cakes in your room, that would be really great :) |
