Stayed here lots of times as its right by the station and a short walk to the centre

Awful breakfast, ran out of orange juice by 8am, all juices so watered down they tasted disgusting. Filthy cutlery. Staff took plate while I was still eating off it! On checkin and check out the single staff member was slow and couldn't cope with long queues forming. Can't wait until the new hotel opens down the road, this place will die when that happens.

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, very service-minded staff. Location is very close to concert venue and train station.

Poor cleaning; we found someones old underwear in the wardrobe (in all fairness, this was swiftly removed when we pointed it out, but some form of compensation would have been in order). Somewhat pricey for the quality. Separate beds (not a proper double bed), which some might find a bit un-cosy.

Size of standard rooms were too small. Deluxe room was not much better than standard room.

Friendly staff.

Restaurant too small. On 2 mornings I was unable to take breakfast as there was no room.

Convenient for train station. Breakfast was excellent.

Room not very homely. Would benefit from tea/coffee facilities in room.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was updated. The breakfast was great, combining traditional European flavors with American.

Excellent hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. Optimal position in the town both for business and holidays. Rooms are confortable and silent. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Η καθαριότητα, η λειτουργικότητα, πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, ικανοποιητικό πρωινό, οικονομικό και εύγευστό buffet τις υπόλοιπες ώρες της ημέρας, πολύ κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό!

Δεν υπήρχε mini bar στο δωμάτιο, το σεσουάρ ήταν μακρυά από το μπάνιο και τα παράθυρα δεν άνοιγαν μέχρι τέρμα.

Bra frukost, bra läge till stan, lungt område.

Ingen tvål vid handfatet på toaletten, skivan bakom toaletten satt löst, röret som duschen satt fast i satt löst och det gick inte att ställa in munstycket.
