My room was clean and neat, albeit small. Great location, if you need to take the train to the airport or Stockholm. Several things: the sauna was a disgrace, my safe didn't work (and nobody ever fixed it), and the portions at the restaurant were small and expensive. Overall, not worth the price. |

Location: 100m near the train station, ~400m near the city centre and, ~1km near the University. Nice breakfast, very helpful and friendly personal. |

Good location. Excellent breakfast. Worth the upgrade to business room. Paid extra for mini bar but included very little. A better menu in the restaurant as very limited. |

It is very close to the station and it is very close to the hospital I was working in. The selection at breakfast is small but good. It was a small room (normal in Scandinavian counties) and the room service was very expensive for the amount of food. The soup was incredibly salty and small. There was no kettle in the room and you had to pay for a coffee or tea which at this price I feel should be included in the rate. |

The hotel was well located close to the station, was quiet and the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good and the room was good for Sweden. Would be nice to have the option of a bath. |

Breakfast, cleanliness of room, quietness, comfort of room. The friendliness of the welcome was poor, though the staff experience after that was good. The extras (laundry, wi-fi etc.) are ridiculously expensive. The choice of food on offer, other than breakfast, is pretty´bad and they charge at the bar for water. |

This was a very nice hotel and comfortable hotel, within walking distance to the Uppsala Cathedral. Although we had a car, it was close to the train station. Breakfast buffet was great A seperate charge for parking. |

break fast was good. yes most of the 4 stars hotel got internet and you dont have there in the hotel.it is not too expensive to give wireless internet to your guests.most of people need it now days. |

Huone oli siisti ja asiallinen. Hotellin aamiainen oli hyvä. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, jos käyttää junaa, kuten me matkustaessamme edestakaisin Arlandaan. Myös keskikaupungille on sopiva kävelymatka sekä myös nähtävyyksiä on lähistöllä. |

Sköna sängar! Stora o bra. Väldigt tyst rum - jätteskönt! Under frukosten fanns det mycket personal men de verkade ovana - kunde inte "läsa av" borden och plockade inte disk tillräckligt fort. Då matsalen är trång och gästerna många så måste personalen våga gå fram och rensa bord och fixa. Intensivt är ok men då måste personalen vara med på noterna! |
