Handy for the station. Large clean room. Newly refurbished, large bathroom. Helpful staff. Room facing courtyard was very quiet. Internet access not available in all rooms. |

The spaciousness of the room was very nice, high ceilings and a very large bathroom. The furniture and hotel decor was original and the lobby area was good. The elevator was old and slow, but stairs were not a bad alternative. |

In the centre of Orebro. Close to shops The room wasn't clean. Car parking entrance was very small. Car just fitted. Breakfast; bread was old on Sunday. |

The staff at reception is very friendly and patient. I am really impressed by their service. Because we had to leave early, we didn't have time to have breakfast. The staff, however, let us to pack our breakfast. The location of the hotel is also superb, close to main attraction- castle and city centre. It is great the hotel offers the free parking on site. There is no telephone in the room. The Wi Fi internet connection is limited to lower floors. |

Good central location, near grocery store, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast good. Safe location, restaurants and bars nearby. Car parking too small for our people carrier (both options of car park provided by hotel) However, large car park nearby for 60SEK per day. Very limited tourist information, though maps provided, No drinks (of any kind) available for sale at hotel. Fortunately realized this before grocery store closed. |

The personnel was very kind, the room and bathroom were huge, the breakfast was great and the hotel lies in the centre of the city. |

We were arriving after reception is cloed, so they arrange that they will leave room key in special place for us. Unfortenatly we dint find keys and called hotel. So hotel manager or owner came to hotel to let us in at 2 oclock at night. That was really good. And hotel is renovated and rooms are very good |

Det var ok, inget stack ut direkt Lite slitet och lite saker på hotellet att göra. Samarbete med gym tex kunde vara bra. |

Stora rymliga rum, dock hade mer lysen inte skadat. Jag gillade inte att det inte fanns hårblås och uppkoppling till internet på rummen. |

Trevlig och bra personal i receptionen, närheten till allt. Rummet var opersonligt, kalt och kändes "kall". Inte en tavla eller väggdekoration i sikte, lite fängelsecells känsla. Frukosten kom inte i närheten av trevlig, kändes snål. |

Läge! Egen parkering. "Nattmacka" (småsak, men sådant gör skillnad!). Trevlig personal, som dock I vissa fall gav ett lite osäkert intryck. Rimlig standard på rummet. Mkt prisvärt, men vi hade erbjudande. Hade jag betalat fullt pris hade jag inte tyckt att det var prisvärt. Med tanke på hur omfattande frukostbuffén var kändes det märkligt att den var så bröd-inriktad. När man GI:ar uppskattas ägg (visst det fanns kokta - och en eloge för att de löskokta var perfekta!) och bacon samt ett större utbud av frukt och grönt. Bemanningen av receptionen verkade det vara lite si och så med. |

Väldigt centralt och nära till det mesta. Stort, rymligt och mysigt hotellrum. Trevlig personal! Rummen var fräschare än trapphus och korridorer, såg gammalt och slitet ut. Men frukostrestarungen var helt okej! |

Det var en god frukostbuffé, fräsha rum, speciellt badrummet. Jag fick ett gott bemötande och det var en informell och avslappnad atmosfär. Det var väldigt kallt på rummet. Jag drog på värmen på max och elementet kändes varmt, men det hjälpte inte. |
